Outdoor unit

Abstract

An outdoor unit includes: a compressor, and a sound deadening material having sound deadening properties. The sound deadening material includes a first sound absorbing material made of glass fibers, a first scatter prevention member which prevents scattering of the glass fiber from one principal surface of the first sound absorbing material by covering the one principal surface, and a second scatter prevention member which prevents scattering of the glass fiber from the other the other principal surface of the first sound absorbing material by covering the other principal surface. The first scatter prevention member is a sound absorbing material made of fibers having high fiber strength than the glass fibers. The second scatter prevention member is a sound insulating material. The sound deadening material is wound around the compressor so that the first scatter prevention member faces the compressor.

         7 . An outdoor unit, comprising:
 a compressor provided to a refrigerant circuit; and   a sound deadening material having sound deadening properties, wherein   the sound deadening material includes a first sound absorbing material made of glass fibers, a first scatter prevention member which prevents scattering of the glass fiber from one principal surface of the first sound absorbing material by covering the one principal surface, and a second scatter prevention member which prevents scattering of the glass fiber from the other principal surface of the first sound absorbing material by covering the other principal surface,   the first scatter prevention member is a sound absorbing material made of fibers having higher fiber strength than the glass fibers,   the second scatter prevention member is a sound insulating material, and   the first scatter prevention member is wound around the compressor so as to face the compressor.   
     
     
         8 . An outdoor unit, comprising:
 a compressor provided to a refrigerant circuit; and   a sound deadening material having sound deadening properties, wherein   the sound deadening material includes a first sound absorbing material made of glass fibers, a first scatter prevention member which prevents scattering of the glass fiber from one principal surface of the first sound absorbing material by covering the one principal surface, and a second scatter prevention member which prevents scattering of the glass fiber from the other principal surface of the first sound absorbing material by covering the other principal surface,   the first scatter prevention member and the second scatter prevention member are both sound absorbing materials having higher fiber strength than the glass fibers and are each made of fibers of the same material, and   the first scatter prevention member or the second scatter prevention member is wound around the compressor so as to face the compressor.   
     
     
         9 . The outdoor unit according to  claim 8 , wherein
 the sound deadening material additionally includes a lower surface covering member which is a member made of the same material as the first scatter prevention member and the second scatter prevention member and covers a lower surface of the first sound absorbing material.   
     
     
         10 . The outdoor unit according to  claim 9 , wherein
 the first scatter prevention member the second scatter prevention member and the lower surface covering member are formed integrally.   
     
     
         11 . The outdoor unit according to  claim 8 , wherein
 the sound deadening material additionally includes both end face covering members which are members made of the same material as the first scatter prevention member and the second scatter prevention member and cover both end faces of the first sound absorbing material.   
     
     
         12 . The outdoor unit according to  claim 11 , wherein
 the first scatter prevention member, the second scatter prevention member and the both end face covering members are formed integrally.   
     
     
         13 . The outdoor unit according to  claim 9 , wherein
 the sound deadening material additionally includes both end face covering members which are members made from the same material as the first scatter prevention member and the second scatter prevention member and cover both end faces of the first sound absorbing material.   
     
     
         14 . The outdoor unit according to  claim 10 , wherein
 the sound deadening material additionally includes both end face covering members which are members made from the same material as the first scatter prevention member and the second scatter prevention member and cover both end faces of the first sound absorbing material.
