Claims

Abstract

An AC LED lamp includes first and second AC power ends, a lighting module and a DC power output circuit. The lighting module has first and second ends and an LED unit. The first end is connected to the first AC power end. The LED unit has one or more LEDs. The DC power output circuit has first and second ends. The second end of the DC power output circuit is coupled to the second AC power end. The first end of the DC power output circuit is coupled to the second end of the lighting module. The DC power output circuit has a DC output side and is not directly connected to the first AC power end. The DC power output circuit has a rectifying unit and a voltage limiting and filtering unit. The rectifying unit and the voltage limiting and filtering unit are coupled to the lighting module.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An alternating current (AC) light-emitting diode (LED) lamp, comprising:
 a first AC power end;   a second AC power end;   a lighting module having a first end, a second end and at least one LED unit, wherein the first end is directly connected to the first AC power end, and the at least one LED unit has one or more LEDs connected in series; and   a direct current (DC) power output circuit having a first end and a second end, wherein the second end of the DC power output circuit is electrically coupled to the second AC power end, the first end of the DC power output circuit is electrically coupled to the second end of the lighting module, wherein the DC power output circuit has a DC output side,   wherein the DC power output circuit is not directly connected to the first AC power end,   wherein the DC power output circuit has a rectifying unit and a voltage limiting and filtering unit, and the rectifying unit and the voltage limiting and filtering unit are electrically coupled to the lighting module in series,   wherein the rectifying unit is a half-wave rectifying circuit having a diode, the at least one LED unit of the lighting module includes two LED units, and the diode of the rectifying unit is connected in the same direction as the one or more LEDs of one of the two LED units.   
     
     
         2 . The AC LED lamp as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the DC power output circuit further includes an inverse diode having one end electrically coupled to the rectifying unit and another end electrically coupled to the voltage limiting and filtering unit. 
     
     
         3 . The AC LED lamp as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein the inverse diode is connected in an opposite direction to the diode of the rectifying unit. 
     
     
         4 . An alternating current (AC) light-emitting diode (LED) lamp, comprising:
 a first AC power end;   a second AC power end;   a lighting module having a first end, a second end and at least one LED unit, wherein the first end is directly connected to the first AC power end, and the at least one LED unit has one or more LEDs connected in series; and   a direct current (DC) power output circuit having a first end and a second end, wherein the second end of the DC power output circuit is electrically coupled to the second AC power end, the first end of the DC power output circuit is electrically coupled to the second end of the lighting module, wherein the DC power output circuit has a DC output side,   wherein the DC power output circuit is not directly connected to the first AC power end,   wherein the DC power output circuit has a rectifying unit and a voltage limiting and filtering unit, and the rectifying unit and the voltage limiting and filtering unit are electrically coupled to the lighting module in series,   wherein the DC power output circuit further includes an inverse diode having one end electrically coupled to the rectifying unit and another end electrically coupled to the voltage limiting and filtering unit.   
     
     
         5 . An alternating current (AC) light-emitting diode (LED) lamp, comprising:
 a first AC power end;   a second AC power end;   a lighting module having a first end, a second end and at least one LED unit, wherein the first end is directly connected to the first AC power end, and the at least one LED unit has one or more LEDs connected in series; and   a direct current (DC) power output circuit having a first end and a second end, wherein the second end of the DC power output circuit is electrically coupled to the second AC power end, the first end of the DC power output circuit is electrically coupled to the second end of the lighting module, wherein the DC power output circuit has a DC output side,   wherein the DC power output circuit is not directly connected to the first AC power end,   wherein the DC power output circuit has a rectifying unit and a filtering capacitor, the rectifying unit is electrically coupled to the lighting module in series and has a forward rectifying diode unit, the forward rectifying diode unit includes a plurality of diodes connected in series, and the filtering capacitor is electrically coupled to at least one of the diodes of the forward rectifying diode unit in parallel.   
     
     
         6 . The AC LED lamp as claimed in  claim 5 , wherein the forward rectifying diode unit has two ends electrically coupled to the first and second ends of the DC power output circuit. 
     
     
         7 . The AC LED lamp as claimed in  claim 6 , wherein the rectifying unit further includes a reverse rectifying diode unit electrically coupled in parallel to the forward rectifying diode unit and having a plurality of diodes connected in series in an opposite direction to the diodes of the forward rectifying diode unit. 
     
     
         8 . An alternating current (AC) light-emitting diode (LED) lamp, comprising:
 a first AC power end;   a second AC power end;   a lighting module having at least one LED unit and first and second ends directly connected to the first and second AC power ends, respectively, wherein the at least one LED unit has a plurality of LEDs connected in series; and   a direct current (DC) power output circuit electrically coupled to at least one of the plurality of LEDs in parallel and having a DC output side.   
     
     
         9 . The AC LED lamp as claimed in  claim 8 , wherein the power output circuit includes a filtering capacitor electrically coupled to the at least one of the plurality of LEDs in parallel. 
     
     
         10 . The AC LED lamp as claimed in  claim 9 , wherein the filtering capacitor has two ends serving as the DC output side. 
     
     
         11 . The AC LED lamp as claimed in  claim 8 , wherein the DC output side is electrically coupled to a cooling device 
     
     
         12 . The AC LED lamp as claimed in  claim 11 , wherein the cooling device is a cooling fan, a cooling module or a cooling chip.
