Adapter structure of ventilating fan
Abstract
An adapter structure of a ventilating fan includes an oval metal adapter and an oval metal shutter provided in the metal adapter having a shape corresponding to the oval metal adapter. A symmetry axis of a longitudinal cross-section of the oval metal shutter in the horizontal direction is a major axis, and a symmetry axis in the vertical direction is a minor axis. The shutter rotates through a rotating shaft in the metal adapter, a curve point is provided between a projection point of a center line of the rotating shaft on the minor axis and a tail of the shutter a curved portion of the shutter is formed by curving the shutter from the curve point to an inner surface side of the shutter along the minor axis. Vibration of the shutter is suppressed in a position where the shutter is opened and turbulent flow is prevented.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An adapter structure of a ventilating fan, comprising: an oval metal adapter and an oval metal shutter provided in the metal adapter and being cooperated with a shape of the oval metal adapter, wherein a symmetry, axis of a longitudinal cross-section of the oval metal shutter in the horizontal direction is a major axis, and a symmetry axis in the vertical direction is a minor axis, the shutter is configured to be rotatable through a rotating shaft in the metal adapter, wherein:
a curve point is provided between a projection point of a center line of the rotating shaft on the minor axis and a tail of the shutter, and a curve portion of the shutter is formed by curving the shutter from the curve point to an inner surface side of the shutter along the minor axis.
2 . The adapter structure according to claim 1 , wherein:
the curve point is located on an upstream side where a distance is one third from the rotate shaft to the tail.
3 . The adapter structure according to claim 1 , wherein:
a rib is formed on the minor axis of the shutter, and a rib also is formed on a projection of the center line of the rotate shaft on the shutter.
4 . The adapter structure according to claim 2 , wherein:
a rib is formed on the minor axis of the shutter, and a rib also is formed on a projection of the center line of the rotate shaft on the shutter.
5 . The adapter structure according to claim 1 , wherein:
the rotating shaft is formed on two inner sides of the metal adapter integrally, and the shutter is formed by resin of a plate body, two clamp parts are provided for clamping the rotating shaft and erected from left and right edges of the plate body to an outside surface.
