Smart Bag

Abstract

A bag is provided comprising three plastic panels adhered together at their bottom and side edges, each composed of a layer of biodegradable plastic.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A bag comprising:
 a base panel having a height, a width, a top edge, a bottom edge and two side edges;   a first pocket panel adjacent the base panel and affixed to the base panel along the bottom edge and side edges of the base panel, the first pocket panel having a top edge, a bottom edge, two side edges, a base panel facing side and an outer facing side, the first pocket panel having a height shorter than the base panel height,;   a front panel adjacent the first pocket panel on the outer facing side of the first pocket panel and affixed to the first pocket panel along the bottom edge and two side edges of the first pocket panel, the front panel having a top edge, a bottom edge, two side edges and an outer facing side, the front panel having a height shorter than the first pocket panel height, the front panel further comprising perforation lines extending vertically from the front panel top edge toward the front panel bottom edge.   
     
     
         2 . The bag of  claim 1  further comprising indicia located on the front panel outer surface. 
     
     
         3 . The bag of  claim 1  further comprising a die cut opening located in the base panel above the top edge of the first pocket panel.
