Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 12 . (canceled)
13 . A non-transitory computer-readable medium embodying at least one program executable in a computing device, the at least one program comprising:
code that organizes a plurality of values into a plurality of range increments; code that assigns each of the plurality of range increments a respective icon, the respective icon comprising a respective number corresponding to a leading digit of a respective one of the plurality of range increments, the respective icon further comprising a respective color; code that generates a map displaying a geographical area; code that identifies a plurality of regions within the geographical area associated with the map; code that assigns one of the plurality of range increments to individual ones of the plurality of regions based at least in part upon a subset of the plurality of values that are associated with the individual ones of the plurality of regions by calculating a representative value associated with the individual ones of the plurality of regions and assigning the one of the plurality of range increments corresponding to the representative value; and code that assigns the respective icon associated with the one of the plurality of range increments to the individual ones of the plurality of regions by associating the respective icon with the individual ones of the plurality of regions in the map in a user interface.
14 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 13 , wherein the plurality of regions correspond to property located within the geographical area.
15 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 13 , wherein individual ones of the plurality of values correspond to one of: a property value or a rental price.
16 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 13 , wherein individual ones of the plurality of regions correspond to a hotel property located within the geographical area.
17 . A method of displaying a plurality of values in a geographical area on a map, comprising:
obtaining, via at least one computer system, the plurality of values, each of the plurality of values being associated with a respective region of a plurality of regions within the geographical area; generating, via the at least one computer system, the map displaying the geographical area; assigning, via the at least one computer system, one of a plurality of icons to a respective one of the plurality of regions based at least in part upon a respective one of the plurality of values that is associated with the respective one of the plurality of regions, the one of the plurality of icons having a number related to the respective one of the plurality of values and a color associated with the respective one of the plurality of values; and generating, via the at least one computer system, a user interface comprising the map displaying the geographical area.
18 . The method of claim 17 , wherein the plurality of regions correspond to property located within the geographical area.
19 . The method of claim 17 , wherein individual ones of the plurality of values correspond to one of: a property value or a rental price.
20 . The method of claim 17 , wherein individual ones of the plurality of regions correspond to a hotel property located within the geographical area.
21 . The method of claim 17 , wherein the number comprises a leading digit of the respective one of the plurality of values.
22 . The method of claim 17 , wherein the number is indicative of a price associated with the respective region.
23 . The method of claim 17 , wherein the number corresponds to a value range.
24 . The method of claim 17 , wherein the color of the one of the plurality of icons differs from another respective color of another one of the plurality of icons that is associated with another one of the plurality of values.
25 . The method of claim 17 , wherein assigning the one of the plurality of icons further comprises:
calculating, via the at least one computer system, a representative value of individual ones of the plurality of regions; and assigning, via the at least one computer system, the one of the plurality of icons corresponding to the representative value.
26 . The method of claim 25 , wherein the representative value corresponds is based at least in part upon a plurality of property values within individual ones of the plurality of regions.
27 . The method of claim 17 , wherein the plurality of values are obtained from at least one of: property deed records associated with property within the geographical area, real estate listings associated with property within the geographical area, hotel listings associated with hotels within the geographical area, apartment listings associated with apartments within the geographical area, or sales data associated with property within the geographical area.
28 . A system, comprising:
at least one computer system; an application executable by the at least one computer system, the application comprising:
logic that identifies a plurality of values associated with a plurality of regions located within a geographical area;
logic that assigns individual ones of the plurality of regions a respective icon based at least in part upon a respective value associated with the individual ones of the plurality of regions, the respective icon comprising a number and a respective color corresponding to the respective value; and
logic that generates a user interface comprising a map and the plurality of regions, wherein the plurality of regions are displayed with the respective icon.
29 . The system of claim 28 , wherein the plurality of regions correspond to property located within the geographical area.
30 . The system of claim 28 , wherein individual ones of the plurality of values correspond to one of: a property value or a rental price.
31 . The system of claim 28 , wherein individual ones of the plurality of regions correspond to a respective hotel property located within the geographical area.
32 . The system of claim 28 , wherein the number comprises a leading digit of the respective value.
33 . The system of claim 28 , wherein the color of the respective icon differs from a respective color of another respective icon associated with another one of the plurality of values.
34 . The system of claim 28 , wherein the plurality of values are obtained from at least one of: property deed records associated with property within the geographical area, real estate listings associated with property within the geographical area, or sales data associated with property within the geographical area.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
