Abstract
A system and method for education including community-sourced data and community interactions. The method can include registering a plurality of users in a database, presenting educational material to a user of the plurality of users, recording the performance of the user in regards to the educational material, collecting personal statistics regarding the performance of the user, compiling the personal statistics for the plurality of users to generate community statistics regarding the performance of the plurality of users, comparing the personal statistics of a user to the community statistics or to a subset thereof, collecting personal information from each user of the plurality of users, subdividing the plurality of users into a plurality of communities based on the personal information of each user, facilitating interactions between the users within a community of the plurality of communities, and generating a credibility score for each user within the community.

a database, capable of storing a plurality of user account information, a plurality of user profile information, a plurality of education materials, a plurality of user generated information, a plurality of user specific answer data, and a plurality of user interaction data, and statistical data derived from other data in the database; a data analyzer; a plurality of functional modules, including a study module, a practice exam module, and an education module, capable of interacting with the database by providing data to a user and recording data from a user; and a community interaction module, capable of recording user generated content and allowing at least one response from a plurality of users.
2 . The computer-implemented system of claim 1 , wherein the system is operable to analyze user specific data to create a credibility score.
3 . The computer-implemented system of claim 2 , wherein the credibility score can affect data accessibility and interaction accessibility of a user.
4 . The computer-implemented system of claim 1 , wherein the system is operable to compare data in the database and create community groups and or subgroups based on the comparison.
5 . The computer-implemented system of claim 1 , wherein each module has a dashboard or user interface capable of user specific or general displaying of data, receiving of user generated data, and displaying of data analysis.
6 . The computer-implemented system of claim 1 , further comprising a purchasing control through a module for purchasing education material, such as courses, study questions, exams, or practice exams.
7 . The computer-implemented system of claim 1 , further comprising a sending utility for sending scores automatically or manually to a governing body.
8 . The computer-implemented system of claim 7 , wherein the governing body is a professional organization, educational institution, or government agency.
9 . The computer-implemented system of claim 1 , wherein the user can be a business and the business can create a business account and business profile that can be displayed through a module.
10 . The computer-implemented system of claim 1 , wherein the system is operable to generate and display a momentum score based on user data.
11 . A computer-implemented method for education including community-sourced data and community interactions, comprising:
providing a database capable of storing a plurality of user account information, a plurality of user profile information, a plurality of education materials, a plurality of user generated information, a plurality of user specific answer data, and a plurality of user interaction data, and statistical data derived from other data in the database; registering a plurality of users in the database; providing a plurality of functional or community interaction modules; presenting educational material to a user of the plurality of users or providing for interaction among users through a module; recording responses and performance of the user through the module; analyzing recorded data from the plurality of users; and generating and displaying data and results of data analysis.
12 . The computer-implemented method of claim 11 , further comprising creating a user specific credibility score based on the analyzing of recorded data.
13 . The computer-implemented method of claim 12 , further comprising controlling data and interaction accessibility of a user based on the user specific credibility score.
14 . The computer-implemented method of claim 11 , further comprising comparing data in the database and creating community groups and subgroups based on the comparison.
15 . The computer-implemented method of claim 11 , further comprising providing a dashboard or user interface for each module capable of user specific or general displaying of data, receiving of user generated data, and displaying of data analysis.
16 . The computer-implemented method of claim 11 , further comprising providing a purchasing control through a module for purchasing education material, such as courses, study questions, exams, or practice exams.
