Abstract
The present invention relates to modulators of ATP-Binding Cassette (“ABC”) transporters or fragments thereof, including Cystic Fibrosis Transmembrane Conductance Regulator, compositions thereof, and methods therewith. The present invention also relates to methods of treating ABC transporter mediated diseases using such modulators.

82 . The compound, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, according to claim 81 , wherein WR W is methyl, ethyl, propyl, tert-butyl, or 2-ethoxyphenyl.

The compound, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, according to claim 80 , wherein R W in Y—R W is C 1 -C 6 aliphatic optionally substituted with N(R″) 2 , wherein R″ is hydrogen, C 1 -C 6 alkyl, or two R″ taken together form a 5-7 membered heterocyclic ring with up to 2 additional heteroatoms selected from O, S, or NR′.
