a shaft having first and second ends; and at least one peripheral, each said peripheral having a base, said base including means for attaching said at least one peripheral to said shaft, wherein said at least one peripheral comprises a fork and razor peripheral, said fork and razor peripheral comprising: a prong extending from said base generally opposite said means for attaching, at least two arms extending from said prong, a blade extending along said base between said arms, and two blades, each having a length less than the length of the said arms and each extending along the opposing surfaces of said arms.
2 . The tool of claim 1 wherein said arms are substantially parallel.
3 . The tool of claim 1 wherein the distance between said arms are separated by a distance substantially corresponding to a diameter of a hair braid anchor knot.
4 . The tool of claim 1 wherein said at least one peripheral is permanently attached to said shaft.
5 . The tool of claim 1 wherein said at least one peripheral further comprises a hook and razor peripheral, said hook and razor peripheral comprising:
a hook extending from said base generally opposite said means for attaching,
said hook having an inner surface with a blade provided on said inner surface.
6 . The tool of claim 1 wherein said at least one peripheral further comprises a scalp scratching peripheral, said scalp scratching peripheral comprising:
