Abstract

The present invention relates to a silver complex obtained by reacting at least one silver compound represented by the formula 2 below with at least one ammonium carbamate compound or ammonium carbonate compound represented by the formula 3, 4 or 5 below: wherein X, R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 , and R 6 are as defined herein.

1 . A silver complex obtained by reacting at least one silver compound represented by the formula 2 below with at least one ammonium carbamate compound or ammonium carbonate compound represented by the formula 3, 4 or 5 below:

   where n is an integer from 1 to 4 and X is a substituent selected from the group consisting of oxygen, sulfur, halogen, cyano, cyanate, carbonate, nitrate, nitrite, sulfate, phosphate, thiocyanate, chlorate, perchlorate, tetrafluoroborate, acetylacetonate and carboxylate;   
       
         
           
           
               
               
           
         
       
       where each of R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5  and R 6  is independently a substituent selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C 1 -C 30  aliphatic or cycloaliphatic alkyl, aryl or aralkyl, substituted alkyl or aryl, where R 1  and R 2  and, independently, R 4  and R 5  may form an alkylene ring containing or not containing a hetero atom, a polymer compound and a derivative thereof.
