Fused ring azadecalin glucocorticoid receptor modulators

Abstract

The present invention provides a novel class of fused ring azadecalin compounds and methods of using the compounds as glucocorticoid receptor modulators.

 R 2G  is a member selected from hydrogen, halogen, unsubstituted (C 1 -C 10 ) alkyl, —CN, and —CF 3 ; 
 J is phenyl;

           R 5A  is halogen,

         34 . The compound of  claim 33 , wherein L 1 -R 1  is unsubstituted C 1 -C 10  alkyl. 
     
     
         35 . The compound of  claim 33 , wherein L 1 -R 1  is selected from the group consisting of methyl, ethyl, n-propyl, isopropyl, n-butyl, t-butyl, isobutyl, and sec-butyl.

         37 . The compound of  claim 33 , wherein L-R 1  is —CH 2 —OR 1A , wherein R 1A  is unsubstituted C 1 -C 10  alkyl. 
     
     
         38 . The compound of  claim 33 , wherein L 1 -R 1  is —CH 2 —OR 1A , wherein R 1A  is selected from the group consisting of methyl, ethyl, n-propyl, isopropyl, n-butyl, t-butyl, isobutyl, and sec-buty. 
     
     
         39 . The compound of  claim 33 , wherein L 1 -R 1  is —CH 2 —OR 1A , wherein R 1A  is methyl or ethyl. 
     
     
         40 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient and the compound of  claim 33 .
