Abstract

An eyelash-adhesive dispensing pen includes a pen unit and an ejecting unit. The pen unit includes a pen body defining an inner hole, an adhesive outlet, and a fixed member disposed fixedly within the pen body and formed with a threaded hole. The ejecting unit includes a rotating shaft threaded within the threaded hole, and an adhesive pushing block disposed on the rotating shaft to define an adhesive receiving chamber for receiving an eyelash adhesive therein. The rotating shaft is rotatable relative to the fixed member to move the adhesive pushing block toward the adhesive outlet to thereby eject the eyelash adhesive out of the adhesive receiving chamber through the adhesive outlet.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
I claim:

         1 . An eyelash-adhesive dispensing pen comprising:
a pen unit including a pen body extending along an axis and defining an inner hole, an adhesive outlet formed in a front end thereof and in fluid communication with said inner hole, and a fixed member disposed fixedly within said pen body and formed with a threaded hole; and an ejecting unit including a rotating shaft threaded within said threaded hole in said fixed member, and an adhesive pushing block disposed on said rotating shaft and disposed in and in sealing contact with said pen body to define an adhesive receiving chamber that is disposed in said pen body and in front of said adhesive pushing block and that is adapted for receiving an eyelash adhesive therein, said rotating shaft being rotatable relative to said fixed member to move said adhesive pushing block toward said adhesive outlet to thereby eject the eyelash adhesive out of said adhesive receiving chamber through said adhesive outlet.

2 . The eyelash-adhesive dispensing pen as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said pen unit further includes a rear cap disposed rotatably on a rear end of said pen body, said eyelash-adhesive dispending pen further comprising a rear connecting device interconnecting said rear cap and said rotating shaft so as to allow for co-rotation of said rotating shaft with said rear cap.

3 . The eyelash-adhesive dispensing pen as claimed in claim 2 , wherein said rear connecting device includes a plurality of angularly equidistant insert strips extending from an inner surface of said rear cap and along said axis, and a plurality of engaging grooves that are formed in said rotating shaft and that engage respectively some of said insert strips, said rotating shaft having two opposite flat surfaces that are positioned to prevent the remaining insert strips from contact with said rotating shaft.

4 . The eyelash-adhesive dispensing pen as claimed in claim 3 , wherein said rear cap is inserted into said pen body, and is disposed behind said fixed member, said eyelash-adhesive dispensing pen further comprising a unidirectional rotation unit, said unidirectional rotation unit including a rotating member co-rotatable with said rear cap, a plurality of first ratchet teeth extending from said rotating member, a plurality of second ratchet teeth extending from said fixed member, and a resilient member disposed between said rear cap and said rotating member for biasing said rotating member toward said fixed member to engage said first ratchet teeth with said second ratchet teeth.

5 . The eyelash-adhesive dispensing pen as claimed in claim 4 , wherein said rotating member has a flange extending radially and inwardly therefrom, said resilient member being configured as a compression spring that is disposed in said rear cap and said rotating member and that is sleeved on said rotating shaft between said flange of said rotating member and said insert strips.

6 . The eyelash-adhesive dispensing pen as claimed in claim 5 , wherein said fixed member has a flange extending radially and inwardly therefrom and formed with said threaded hole, said first ratchet teeth extending from said rotating member, said second ratchet teeth extending from said fixed member.

7 . The eyelash-adhesive dispensing pen as claimed in claim 6 , further comprising an intermediate connecting device that includes a plurality of first splines extending inwardly from said rear cap, an a plurality of second splines extending outwardly from said rotating member, each of said first splines extending into a space defined by two adjacent ones of said second splines so as to allow for co-rotation of said rotating member with said rear cap.

8 . The eyelash-adhesive dispensing pen as claimed in claim 7 , further comprising a front connecting device that includes a plurality of angularly equidistant retaining grooves formed in an inner wall surface of said pen body, and a plurality of retaining projections that extend from said fixed member and that engage respectively some of said retaining grooves, so as to prevent rotation of said fixed member in said pen body.

9 . The eyelash-adhesive dispensing pen as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said rotating shaft has a threaded rod portion engaging said threaded hole, and an insert end, said adhesive pushing block being sleeved fixedly and sealingly on said insert end.

10 . The eyelash-adhesive dispensing pen as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said pen unit further includes: a pen core member, said pen core member including a connecting seat disposed fixedly in said pen body and defining a front end of said adhesive receiving chamber, and a core tube extending forwardly from said connecting seat and formed with said adhesive outlet, said adhesive outlet having a diameter smaller than that of said inner hole in said pen body; a pen tip member disposed fixedly in a front end of said pen body; and a front cap sleeved removably on said front end of said pen body for covering front ends of said pen core member and said pen tip member.
