Abstract

Solar heat collector with a pipe in which flows an energetic fluid and a structure consisting of a frame of plastic material with metallic profiles encapsulated during the injection of said plastic material, which allows establishing orifices therein, providing a robust and lightweight collector with few components and dimensionally stable.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
. Solar heat collector that comprises a pipe in which flows an energetic fluid, an absorbent plate in contact with said pipe, an insulation (arranged in parallel to said absorbent plate and located on the side of the pipe opposite to said plate such that it exerts a constant force on the same, a structure made of a plastic material with a parallelepiped shape which houses the aforementioned components of the collector, and a transparent cover placed on one of the greater faces of said structure on the side of the absorbent plate, wherein the structure comprises of a frame formed by the four side faces of the parallelepiped that leaves the greater faces of the same open and is formed by injection of plastic material, and said frame is reinforced by metallic profiles encapsulated in the aforementioned injection process such that said profiles have a shorter length than the corresponding plastic sides of the frame, thereby leaving the corners of the frame with only plastic material and allowing the establishment therein of orifices formed in the injection process of the frame.

. Solar heat collector according to claim 1 wherein the structure is a right parallelepiped.

. Solar heat collector according to claim 1 wherein the profiles have a cross section that matches the shape of the plastic which encapsulates them.

. Solar heat collector according to claim 3 wherein the profiles have a constant inverted-Y shape.

. Solar heat collector according to claim 1 wherein the orifices formed during the injection process of the frame include orifices for the pipe with a smaller diameter than the same and a circumference that includes a straight segmen at the top end, on which the pipe is resting at all times due to the force exerted on the latter by the insulation.

. Solar heat collector according to claim 5 wherein the orifices for the pipe comprise a recess open towards the outside of the collector that houses the corresponding sealing gaskets and bushing.

. Solar heat collector according to claim 1 wherein the orifices formed in the injection process of the frame comprise anti-condensation orifices connecting the inside and outside of the collector.

. Solar heat collector according to claim 1 wherein the orifices formed in the injection process of the frame comprise attachment orifices for attaching some plates on the outer side of the orifices for the pipe that withstand the pressure exerted on by the connections of the pipe.

. Solar heat collector according to claim 1 wherein the frame includes walls for housing the sealing cord of the transparent cover along the perimeter of said frame.

. Solar heat collector according to claim 9 wherein the walls for housing the sealing cord include separators for the transparent cover in the form of protrusions, such that they guarantee the separation between the cover and the frame in the entire range of working temperatures of the collector.

. Solar heat collector according to claim 1 wherein the frame includes some grooves for housing some tabs of a frame meant to protect the edge of the transparent cover, in which said tabs are introduced with an adhesive, and a sealing cord is applied between said frame and the transparent cover.

. Solar heat collector according to claim 1 wherein on the face opposite to the transparent cover is placed a rear closing plate that is attached to the frame by encapsulation along the perimeter of the same by the plastic material of the injection.

. Solar heat collector according to claim 12 wherein the rear closing plate is a plastic plate.

. Solar heat collector according to claim 12 wherein the rear closing plate is made of a foam plastic material.

. Solar heat collector according to claim 13 characterized in that the rear closing plate is covered on its lower greater face with a sheet that does not absorb or emit in the infrared band.

. Solar heat collector according to claim 13 wherein the rear closing plate has both of its greater faces covered by corresponding sheets that do not absorb or emit in the infrared band.

. Solar heat collector according to claim 12 wherein the rear closing plate has orifices in the area near its edges and along the same, such that the plastic material of the injection is introduced in said orifices to form attachments in the form of rivets that establish a peripheral encapsulation of the plate.

. Solar heat collector according to claim 1 wherein spacers for the cover are placed between the absorbent plate and the transparent cover that guarantee a constant separation between the plate and the cover by opposing the force exerted by the insulation.

. Solar heat collector according to claim 1 wherein the frame comprises in the face of the insulation some support legs in the form of extensions parallel to the side faces of the frame.
