Abstract
A medicinal preparation for preventing and/or treating psychoneurotic diseases such as integration dysfunction and Alzheimer's disease which contains tropisetron or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt as the active ingredient.

6 . A method of treating Alzheimer's, said method comprising:
administering to a subject in need thereof an effective amount of a composition comprising tropisetron or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
7 . The method of claim 6 , wherein said tropisetron is administered at a dose of tropisetron free base of at least 10 mg/day.
8 . The method of claim 6 , wherein said tropisetron is administered at a dose of tropisetron free base of approximately 0.01 to 500 mg/day.
9 . The method of claim 6 , wherein said tropisetron is administered at a dose of tropisetron free base of approximately 0.1 to 100 mg/day.
