Abstract
A training system is provided. The training system may have a handheld computing device configured to receive a data input from an input device. The input device may be a sensor capable of measuring a condition relating to the training. An analysis module in electronic communication with the handheld computing device is configured to interpret the data input from the input device and configured provide a feedback output related to the execution of the goals of the training system. Based on this feedback, a trainee or trainer may adjust the training program to enhance the trained skills.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 - 20 . (canceled)
21 . A training system comprising:
a computing device configured to receive a data input from an input device, wherein the input device is a sensor capable of measuring a condition relating to a training; an analysis module in electronic communication with the computing device, the analysis module configured to interpret the data input from the input device, the analysis module configured to provide a feedback output related to execution of a goal of the training system; a firearm, the computing device being in mechanical communication with the firearm; and wherein the training system is configured as a firearm training system.
22 . The training system of claim 21 wherein the input device is a sweep detector attached to the firearm, the sweep detector configured to measure improper side to side movement of the firearm.
23 . The training system of claim 21 further comprising a computerized assessment engine in communication with the feedback output of the analysis module, the computerized assessment engine configured to process the feedback output of the analysis module.
24 . The training system of claim 23 wherein the computerized assessment engine is configured to provide a plurality of conclusions formatted into a situation report.
25 . The training system of claim 24 wherein the system further comprises at least one of an audio or visual feedback device is further configured to provide a training instruction based on at least one of the plurality of conclusions.
26 . The training system of claim 25 wherein the training instruction is provided in real time during training.
27 . The training system of claim 21 further comprising a second input device comprising a camera directed to a direction of fire of the firearm, the second input device in electronic communication with the computing device.
28 . The training system of claim 21 wherein the input device is configured to measure a respiration of a user.
29 . The training system of claim 21 wherein the input device is at least one of a camera, an accelerometer, a microphone, a sensor tracking respiration, a sensor tracking heart rate, a sensor tracking body movement, a trigger sensor, a weather sensor, a sensor tracking eye movement, a sensor tracking firearm movement, and a weather sensor.
30 . The training system of claim 21 further comprising a plurality of input devices each in communication with the computing device.
31 . The training system of claim 30 further comprising a plurality of analysis modules in electronic communication with the computing device, each of the plurality of analysis modules configured to interpret the data input from at least one of the plurality of input devices, each of the plurality of analysis modules configured to provide a feedback output based on the data input, the feedback output related to execution of the goal of the training system.
32 . A training system comprising:
a computing device configured to receive a data input from an input device, wherein the input device is a sensor capable of measuring a condition relating to a training; an analysis module in electronic communication with the computing device, the analysis module configured to interpret the data input from the input device, the analysis module configured provide a feedback output related to execution of a goal of the training system; a firearm, the computing device being in mechanical communication with the firearm; wherein the training system is configured as a firearm training system; and wherein the input device is a motion sensor configured to measure a motion of the firearm; and wherein the analysis module is configured to provided a feedback output related to a movement of the firearm during training.
33 . The training system of claim 32 wherein the goal of the training system is to eliminate side to side sweeping of the firearm, and wherein the feedback output is an output indicating an extend of sweeping of the firearm.
34 . The training system of claim 33 further comprising a computerized assessment engine in communication with the feedback output of the analysis module, the computerized assessment engine configured to process the feedback output of the analysis module, the assessment engine providing an output informing a user that the side to side sweeping is excessive.
35 . A training system comprising:
a computing device configured to receive a data input from an input device, wherein the input device is a sensor capable of measuring a condition relating to a training; an analysis module in electronic communication with the computing device, the analysis module configured to interpret the data input from the input device, the analysis module configured to provide a feedback output related to execution of a goal of the training system; a computerized assessment engine in communication with the feedback output of the analysis module, the computerized assessment engine configured to process the feedback output of the analysis module; a firearm, the computing device being in mechanical communication with the firearm; and wherein the training system is configured as a firearm training system.
36 . The training system of claim 35 wherein the computerized assessment engine is configured to provide a plurality of conclusions formatted into a situation report.
37 . The training system of claim 36 wherein the system further comprises at least one of an audio or visual feedback device is further configured to provide a training instruction based on at least one of the plurality of conclusions.
38 . The training system of claim 37 wherein the training instruction is provided in real time during training.
39 . The training system of claim 35 wherein the computerized assessment module provides a conclusion to a system user on a personalized display.
40 . The training system of claim 35 wherein the computerized assessment module provides a conclusion to a system user on an audio headset.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
