Abstract

The present invention relates to network enabled analysis of x-ray images. Also described are devices that include calibration phantoms, methods of using these devices, methods of formulating databases containing information regarding x-ray images, the databases themselves, methods of manipulating the information and databases, and methods of analyzing electronic image data of a patient.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A method for analyzing, in a networked computer system, electronic image data of a patient, comprising:
transmitting the electronic image data through the networked computer system; obtaining two dimensional or three dimensional morphology of an anatomic structure from the electronic image data; obtaining one or more parameters regarding the anatomic structure from the morphology; and transmitting a diagnostic report based on the one or more parameters.

2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the anatomic structure is a bone of the patient.

3 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the one or more parameters are selected from the group consisting of trabecular spacing, trabecular thickness, intertrabecular space, and any combination thereof.
