A jacket tube arranged around the outer tube. A proximal end with a first inlet/outlet for the fluid and a second inlet/outlet for the fluid. A distal end of the sterilizing device arranged opposed to the proximal end comprising a third inlet/outlet for the fluid and a fourth inlet/outlet for the fluid. A first gap arranged between the inner tube and the outer tube, the first gap defining a first flow path for the fluid interconnecting the first inlet/outlet and the third inlet/outlet. A second gap arranged between the outer tube and the jacket tube, and the second gap defining a second flow path for the fluid interconnecting the second inlet/outlet and the fourth inlet/outlet.
