Abstract
Antibodies that interact with osteoprotegerin ligand (OPGL) are described. Methods of treating osteopenic disorders by administering a pharmaceutically effective amount of antibodies to OPGL are described. Methods of detecting the amount of OPGL in a sample using antibodies to OPGL are described.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 29 . (canceled)
. An antibody; comprising a heavy chain and a light chain, wherein the heavy chain comprises the amino acid sequence as set forth in SEQ ID NO: 2 from residue 20 to residue 467, and the light chain comprises the amino acid sequence as set forth in SEQ ID NO: 4 from residue 21 to residue 235.
. An antibody, comprising a heavy chain and a light chain, wherein the heavy chain comprises the variable region and the constant region of SEQ ID NO:2 having one carboxy-terminal amino acid deletion, and wherein the light chain comprises the variable region and the constant region of SEQ ID NO:4 having one carboxy-terminal amino acid deletion.
. An antibody, comprising a heavy chain and a light chain, wherein the heavy chain comprises the variable region and the constant region of SEQ ID NO:2 having one carboxy-terminal amino acid deletion; and wherein the light chain comprises the variable region and the constant region of SEQ ID NO:4.
. An antibody, comprising a heavy chain and a light chain, wherein the heavy chain comprises a variable region comprising the amino acid sequence as forth in SEQ ID NO: 13 and a light chain, wherein the antibody binds to an osteoprotegerin ligand (OPGL).
. The antibody of claim 33 , wherein the antibody inhibits binding of OPGL to an osteoclast differentiation and activation receptor (ODAR).
. An antibody, comprising a heavy chain and a light chain, wherein the light chain comprises a variable region comprising the amino acid sequence as set forth in SEQ ID NO: 14, and a heavy chain, wherein the antibody binds to an osteoprotegerin ligand (OPGL).
. The antibody of claim 35 , wherein the antibody inhibits binding of OPGL to an osteoclast differentiation and activation receptor (ODAR).
. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the antibody of any one of claims 30 , 31 , and 32 .
. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 37 , wherein the composition comprises an acetate buffer.
. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 37 , wherein the composition comprises polysorbate.
. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 37 , wherein the composition comprises sorbitol.
. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 37 , wherein the composition comprises acetate and sorbitol.
. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 37 , wherein the composition is contained in a prefilled syringe.
. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 38 , wherein the composition is contained in a prefilled syringe.
. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 39 , wherein the composition is contained in a prefilled syringe.
. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 40 , wherein the composition is contained in a prefilled syringe.
. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 41 , wherein the composition is contained in a prefilled syringe.
. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 37 , wherein the composition is in unit dose form.
. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the antibody of any one of claims 33 , 34 , 35 , and 36 .Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
