Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
. A personal food delivery apparatus comprising:
a. a utensil with a handle end and a food end wherein said food end is a flat surface; and b. a food retaining device connected with said food end wherein said food retaining device retains food on said food retaining device.
. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said handle is conformed in size to be held by infants.
. The apparatus of claim 2 wherein said utensil is approximately four inches long including the handle end and the food end.
. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said food retaining device is a plurality of depressions extending into the food end flat surface.
. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said food retaining device is at least one hole extending though the food end flat surface from side to side.
. The apparatus of claim 5 wherein said hole is conformed to create arms in said food end, wherein said arms extend into said hole.
. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said food retaining device is a projection extending from the flat surface.
. The apparatus of claim 7 wherein said projection consists of a plurality of raised, rounded elements.
. The apparatus of claim 7 wherein said projection consists of at least one raised ridge element.
. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said food retaining device is on both sides of the flat surface of said food end.
. A personal food delivery apparatus comprising:
a. a utensil with a handle end, wherein said handle is conformed in size to be held by infants, and a food end wherein said food end is noncurved, flat surface; b. a food retaining device connected with said food end wherein said food retaining device retains food on said food retaining device wherein said food retaining device is selected from a group of devices consisting of: a plurality of depressions in said noncurved, flat surface and at least one projection from said noncurved, flat surface.
. The apparatus of claim 11 wherein said plurality of depressions further includes least one depression that creates a hole extending though the food end noncurved, flat surface from side to side.
. The apparatus of claim 12 wherein said hole is conformed to create arms in said food end, wherein said arms extend into said hole.
. The apparatus of claim 11 wherein said projection consists of a plurality of raised, rounded elements.
. The apparatus of claim 11 wherein said projection consists of at least one raised ridge element.
. The apparatus of claim 11 wherein said food retaining device is on both sides of the noncurved, flat surface of said food end.
. A personal food delivery method consisting of:
a. providing a utensil with a handle end and a food end wherein said food end is noncurved, flat surface; a food retaining device connected with said food end wherein said food retaining device retains food on said food retaining device; and b. inserting said food end in food.
. The method of claim 17 wherein said food retaining device is selected from a group of devices consisting of: a plurality of depressions in said noncurved, flat surface and at least one projection from said noncurved, flat surface.
. The method of claim 18 wherein said plurality of depressions further includes least one depression that creates a hole extending though the food end noncurved, flat surface from side to side.
. The method of claim 18 wherein said food retaining device is on both sides of the noncurved, flat surface of said food end.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
