Abstract
Systems, methods, distributed networks, and computer-readable media are provided that relate to recruiting and employment services. Background information associated with talent-capability attributes is received from talent. Job description information is received from employers. Prospective matches are identified between employers and talent, and employers and talent are given an opportunity to consent to exchange of talent contact information.

1 . A method of processing information within a computer system regarding an employer, the computer system including at least one computer comprising at least one processor and storage medium within a computer network, the method comprising:
receiving division information from an employer by the at least one computer system; storing the division information as an employer profile on the at least one storage medium; receiving at least one account user information from the employer regarding at least one employer account user to be associated with the employer profile, the account user information including account user authentication information; storing the account user information on the at least one storage medium; receiving from an at least one employer, user account authentication information; and processing the authentication information with the employer profile in the computer system by the at least one computer processor to grant the at least one account user access to the division information.
2 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:
receiving information for at least one job profile by the computer system, wherein the at least one job profile is associated with the division information; and storing the information as a job profile on the at least one storage medium.
3 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the job profile information is in a structured format.
4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the storing of the division information is in a hierarchical manner.
5 . The method of claim 4 , wherein the hierarchical manner is according to subsidiary companies.
6 . The method of claim 4 , wherein the hierarchical manner is according to operating divisions.
7 . The method of claim 6 , wherein the operating division is according to reporting unit.
8 . The method of claim 7 , wherein the reporting unit is according to department.
9 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising for the at least one account user, receiving access scope information specifying a scope of access associated with the employer profile.
10 . A method of processing information within a computer system regarding an employer, the computer system including at least one computer comprising at least one processor and storage medium within a computer network, the method comprising:
receiving division information from an employer by the at least one computer system; storing the division information in a hierarchal manner as an employer profile on the at least one storage medium; receiving at least one account user information from the employer regarding at least one employer account user to be associated with the employer profile, the account user information including account user authentication information; storing the account user information on the at least one storage medium; receiving from an at least one employer, user account authentication information; and processing the authentication information with the employer profile in the computer system by the at least one computer processor to grant the at least one account user access to the division information.
11 . The method of claim 10 , wherein the hierarchical manner is according to subsidiary companies.
12 . The method of claim 10 , wherein the hierarchical manner is according to operating divisions.
13 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the operating division is according to reporting unit.
14 . The method of claim 13 , wherein the reporting unit is according to department.
