Abstract
Systems, methods, distributed networks, and computer-readable media are provided that relate to recruiting and employment services. Background information associated with talent-capability attributes is received from talent. Job description information is received from employers. Prospective matches are identified between employers and talent, and employers and talent are given an opportunity to consent to exchange of talent contact information.

1 . A method of searching by a computer system within a computer network, the computer system comprising at least one computer comprising at least one processor in communication with at least one storage medium, the method comprising:
storing a job profile associated with an employer in a job database in the computer system, the job profile including at least one job attribute stored in a structured format in the computer system; storing a candidate profile associated with a candidate in a candidate database in the computer system, the candidate profile including at least one candidate attribute stored in a structured format; comparing by the computer system the at least one candidate attribute with the at least one job attributes; and determining by the computer system whether the at least one candidate attribute is compatible with the at least one job attribute prior to any direct contact between the candidate and the employer.
2 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising communicating to the employer the determined candidate profile.
3 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising communicating to the candidate the determined job profile.
4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the job attribute and the candidate attribute comprise data structured according to a work authorization.
5 . The method of claim 4 , wherein the work authorization comprises at least one of: (i) citizenship, and (ii) country of work eligibility.
6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the job attribute and the candidate attribute comprise data structured according to governmentally regulated information.
7 . The method of claim 6 , wherein the governmentally regulated information comprises at least one of: (i) race, (ii) gender, and (iii) federal employment records information.
8 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the job attribute and the candidate attribute comprise data structured according to skills information.
9 . The method of claim 120 , wherein the skills information is classified according to an occupation classification system.
10 . The method of claim 120 , wherein the skills information comprises at least one of: (i) license information, (ii) certification information, (iii) language information, and (iv) professional association information.
