Abstract

Systems, methods, distributed networks, and computer-readable media are provided that relate to recruiting and employment services. Background information associated with talent-capability attributes is received from talent. Job description information is received from employers. Prospective matches are identified between employers and talent, and employers and talent are given an opportunity to consent to exchange of talent contact information.

Having thus described the disclosed subject matter, what is claimed as new and desired to be secured by Letters Patent is: 
     
         1 . A method of searching a plurality of candidate profiles including candidate attributes, the candidate profiles stored in a candidate database in a computer system in a computer network, the computer system including a processor for performing the following steps, the method comprising:
 receiving a search request including an experience threshold requirement from an employer;   identifying at least one candidate profile by the computer system based on the search request;   determining by the computer system whether the candidate attribute is compatible with the experience threshold requirement; and   upon a candidate attribute being compatible with the experience threshold requirement, communicating to the employer the at least one identified candidate profile.   
     
     
         2 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the candidate attribute includes years of experience classified by occupational classification system. 
     
     
         3 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the candidate attribute includes years of experience classified by an industry classification system. 
     
     
         4 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the candidate attribute is a years of experience calculated by the computer system.
