Abstract
Systems, methods, distributed networks, and computer-readable media are provided that relate to recruiting and employment services. Background information associated with talent-capability attributes is received from talent. Job description information is received from employers. Prospective matches are identified between employers and talent, and employers and talent are given an opportunity to consent to exchange of talent contact information.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedHaving thus described the disclosed subject matter, what is claimed as new and desired to be secured by Letters Patent is:
1 . A method of searching a plurality of job profiles or candidate profiles stored in a computer system within a computer network, the computer system comprising at least one computer comprising at least one processor in communication with at least one storage medium, the method comprising:
receiving at least one job profile from an employer or at least one candidate profile from a candidate in the computer system; storing the job profile or the candidate profile in a structured format in the computer system; receiving from an employer or a candidate a request in the computer system for an interview with a non-requesting employer or candidate; transmitting the request for interview to the non-requesting employer or candidate over the computer network; and receiving agreement from the non-requesting employer or candidate over the computer network to the release of contact information.
2 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising providing a questionnaire to the non-requesting employer or candidate over the computer network regarding the request-acceptance indication based on a negative value of the request-acceptance indication.
3 . The method of claim 2 , further comprising providing an answer to the questionnaire by the non-requesting employer or candidate over the computer network to the requesting employer or candidate.
4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the request acceptance indication is received upon the storing of the employer profile or the candidate profile in the computer system.
5 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:
wherein the at least one job profile has a job-threshold requirement from the employer in the computer system; receiving at least one search parameter from the candidate in the computer system; identifying at least one job profile by the computer system based on the search parameter; comparing the candidate profile with the job-threshold requirement of the job profile by the computer system; determining by the computer system whether the candidate profile is compatible with the at least one job profile based on a threshold comparison; and communicating to the candidate the at least one determined job profile.
6 . The method of claim 5 , wherein the search parameter includes a minimum compensation requirement.
7 . The method of claim 5 , further comprising:
wherein the job-threshold requirement includes a maximum compensation; and wherein the minimum compensation requirement is less than the maximum compensation specified by the employer.
8 . The method of claim 69 , wherein the specified compensation amount is confidential.
9 . The method of claim 5 , further comprising:
providing the candidate with a list of job profiles for which the candidate profile matches the job-threshold requirement; and wherein the list of job descriptions is ordered by compensation offered in connection with a particular job.
10 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the compensation offered in connection with a particular job is confidential.
11 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:
wherein the at least one candidate profile includes at least one respective threshold requirements; receiving at least one search parameter from the employer in the computer system; identifying at least one candidate profile by the computer system based on the search parameter; comparing the job profile with the candidate profile; determining by the computer system whether the job profile matches the at least one candidate profile based on a threshold comparison; and communicating to the employer the at least one determined candidate profile.
12 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the employer search parameter includes a maximum compensation requirement.
13 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the maximum compensation requirement is less than an amount specified by the candidate.
14 . The method of claim 13 , wherein the specified compensation amount is confidential.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
