Abstract

A computer system for securely managing personal information. The computer system comprising a computer configured to receive and store personal information of a monitored individual to monitor the use of the computer by the monitored individual to obtain an activity or inactivity status, and to automatically and electronically transmit an inactivity notification to the monitored individual based on the occurrence of an inactivity status to obtain a response to the inactivity notification.
