Abstract

Disclosed herein is a stable compound having a structure: therapeutic methods, compositions, and medicaments related thereto are also disclosed.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . Use of a compound selected from the following in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of a disease or condition in a mammal, said disease or condition selected from glaucoma, dry eye, angiogenesis, cardiovascular conditions and diseases, wounds, and pain: 
       
         
           
           
               
               
           
         
       
     
     
         2 . The use of  claim 1  wherein the mammal is a human. 
     
     
         3 . A method of treating a disease or condition comprising administering a compound according to  claim 1  to a mammal in need thereof, said disease or condition selected from glaucoma, dry eye, angiogenesis, cardiovascular conditions and diseases, wounds, and pain. 
     
     
         4 . The method of  claim 3  wherein the mammal is a human. 
     
     
         5 . A method of treating a disease or condition comprising administering to a mammal in need thereof, at least one compound according to  claim 1  or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein said disease or condition is selected from the group consisting of glaucoma, dry eye, angiogenesis, cardiovascular conditions and diseases, wounds, and pain. 
     
     
         6 . The method of  claim 5  wherein the mammal is a human. 
     
     
         7 . A method of treating a disease or condition comprising administering to a mammal in need thereof, at least one compound according to  claim 1  or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein said disease or condition is selected from the group consisting of glaucoma, dry eye, angiogenesis, cardiovascular conditions and diseases, wounds, and pain. 
     
     
         8 . The method of  claim 7  wherein the mammal is a human.
