Wrap case

Abstract

A wrap case includes: a case; a support rod which is separably provided inside the case and is formed to be able to support a wrap film roll; and a cutter unit which is provided to the case so as to cut a wrap film which is pulled out to the outside of the case. The cutter unit comprises: a cutter rail which is provided at the outside of the case and elongates in a longitudinal direction of the case; a moving cutter which is connected to the cutter rail to be slidable along the cutter rail; and a mounting/dismounting unit for mounting or dismounting the moving cutter to or from the cutter rail.

1 . A wrap case comprising:
 a case;   a support rod which is separably provided inside the case and is formed to be able to support a wrap film roll; and   a cutter unit which is provided to the case so as to cut a wrap film which is pulled out to the outside of the case,   wherein the cutter unit comprises:   a cutter rail which is provided at the outside of the case and elongates in a longitudinal direction of the case;   a moving cutter which is connected to the cutter rail to be slidable along the cutter rail; and   a mounting/dismounting unit for mounting or dismounting the moving cutter to or from the cutter rail.   
     
     
         2 . The wrap case of  claim 1 , wherein the moving cutter comprises:
 a support member having an insert portion which is inserted into the cutter rail and a grip which is disposed above the cutter rail; and   a circular blade which is rotatably connected to the support body and is provided with a knife blade on an outer periphery thereof.   
     
     
         3 . The wrap case of  claim 1 , wherein the moving cutter comprises a support member which is provided with an insert portion which is inserted into the cutter rail,
 and wherein the mounting/dismounting unit comprise:   a cutter passing hole which is formed to the cutter rail and is formed to be wider than a length or a width of the insert portion of the support body; and   a cap which blocks the cutter passing hole.   
     
     
         4 . The wrap case of  claim 3 , wherein the cutter passing hole is formed at a front surface of an end portion of the cutter rail, and the cap is hingedly connected to the cutter rail. 
     
     
         5 . The wrap case of  claim 3 , wherein the cutter passing hole is formed at a front surface of an end portion of the cutter rail, an insert protrusion is formed at a bottom surface of the cap, and an insert hole is formed to the cutter rail at the cutter passing hole to correspond to the inset protrusion. 
     
     
         6 . The wrap case of  claim 1 , wherein the mounting/dismounting unit comprises:
 a cutter passing hole which is formed to the cutter rail and is formed to allow the moving cutter to be able to be mounted or dismounted to or from the cutter rail; and   a cap which blocks the cutter passing hole.   
     
     
         7 . The wrap case of  claim 1 , further comprising a left/right movement prevention unit for preventing the wrap film roll from moving along the support rod. 
     
     
         8 . The wrap case of  claim 7 , wherein the left/right movement prevention unit comprises:
 a plurality of regulation holes which are formed in the support rod along a longitudinal direction thereof; and   a first and a second dividing plates which have a regulation protrusion fitted into the corresponding regulation hole among the plurality of the regulation holes and prevent left/right movement of the wrap film roll.   
     
     
         9 . The wrap case of  claim 8 , wherein the wrap film roll is provided in plural, and the plural wrap film rolls are disposed along the support rod, and the left/right movement prevention unit further comprises a third dividing plate which is provided to the support rod between the wrap film rolls. 
     
     
         10 . The wrap case of  claim 1 , further comprising a slip prevention member which is provided at a bottom surface of the case to prevent the case from slipping. 
     
     
         11 . The wrap case of  claim 1 , wherein a seeing-through hole which can make remained amount of the wrap film of the wrap film roll supported by the support rod be seen and plays a role of a hand grip is formed at a portion of the case adjacent to the support rod. 
     
     
         12 . The wrap case of  claim 11 , wherein a seeing-through window which is made of transparent or semi-transparent material is coupled to the seeing-through hole, and a center portion of the seeing-through window is formed to be concave. 
     
     
         13 . A wrap case comprising:
 a case which is formed to enclose a wrap film roll;   a rail supporter which is provided to the case;   a cutter rail which is provided to the rail supporter;   a mounting/dismounting rail which is separably connected to the rail support to be adjacent to the cutter rail; and   a moving cutter which is installed to be slidable along the cutter rail and the mounting/dismounting rail,   wherein the moving cutter is able to be separated from the cutter rail when the mounting/dismounting rail is separated from the rail supporter.   
     
     
         14 . The wrap case of  claim 13 , wherein the moving cutter comprises a blade and a support member which supports the blade and has an insert portion,
 wherein the mounting/dismounting rail comprises:   a body;   a receiving portion which is formed in the body and receives the insert portion of the moving cutter;   a side opening portion which is formed at a side surface of the body to communicate with the receiving portion so as to allow the insert portion of the moving cutter to go into or come out from the receiving portion;   an upper opening portion which is formed at an upper surface of the body to communicate with the receiving portion to guide left/right movement of the moving cutter and to prevent the insert portion of the moving cutter from escaping from the receiving portion; and   a connecting portion which is provided to the body and is formed to be connectable to or separable from the rail supporter.   
     
     
         15 . The wrap case of  claim 14 , wherein the connecting portion is a connecting protrusion which is provided at a bottom surface of the body. 
     
     
         16 . The wrap case of  claim 13 , further comprising a drawer which is formed to be able to be inserted into the case in a state of hosing the wrap film roll. 
     
     
         17 . The wrap case of  claim 16 , wherein the cutter rail is connected to the drawer. 
     
     
         18 . The wrap case of  claim 16 , further comprising a locking unit for locking the drawer to the case. 
     
     
         19 . The wrap case of  claim 18 , wherein the locking unit comprises:
 an elastic bracket which is provided at an edge portion of the drawer;   a hooking protrusion which is provided to the elastic bracket; and   a hooking indentation which is provided to the case to correspond to the hooking protrusion.   
     
     
         20 . The wrap case of  claim 18 , further comprising a pressing portion which is provided to a surface among an inner surface of the case corresponding to a rear surface of the drawer to push the drawer toward the front. 
     
     
         21 . The wrap case of  claim 20 , wherein the pressing portion is an elastic member which is formed by being bent to be convex toward the rear surface of the drawer and has elasticity. 
     
     
         22 . A wrap case comprising:
 a case having an opening portion;   a first support rod which is separably disposed within the case and is formed to support a first wrap film roll;   a first cutter unit which is formed to be able to cut a wrap film which is pulled out from the case among the first wrap film roll supported by the first support rod;   a second support rod which is separably disposed within the case to be apart from the first support rod in a vertical direction and is formed to support a second wrap film roll; and   a second cutter unit which is formed to be able to cut a wrap film which is pulled out from the case among the second wrap film roll supported by the second support rod.
