Abstract
The invention refers to a housing ( 1 ) with a housing axis ( 8 ) and two housing parts ( 2, 3 ) mane of plastic, and with a joint extending between them transversally to the housing axis, in which case the housing parts ( 2, 3 ) are braced against one another with the help of at least one connecting element ( 7 ) made of plastic firmly bonded to the housing parts ( 2, 3 ), with a force (F) acting along the housing axis ( 3 ) of the housing ( 1 ).
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . Housing ( 1 ) with a housing axis ( 8 ) and two housing parts ( 2 , 3 ) made of plastic, with a joint between them extending transversally to the housing axis, in which case the housing parts ( 2 , 3 ) are braced against one another with a force (F) acting along the housing axis ( 8 ) of the housing ( 1 ) and have at least a connecting element ( 7 ) firmly bonded with the housing parts ( 2 , 3 ).
2 . Housing according to claim 1 , characterized in that the housing parts ( 2 , 3 ) and the connecting element ( 7 ) are made of a plastic having in each case the same thermal expansion coefficient.
3 . Housing according to claim 1 , characterized in that the at least one connecting element ( 7 ) is welded to a housing part ( 3 ).
4 . Housing according to claim 3 , characterized by a laser welding,
5 . Housing according to claim 1 , characterized in that the at least one connecting element ( 7 ) is connected as one piece to a housing part ( 2 ).
6 . Housing according to claim 1 , characterized in that the at least one connecting element ( 7 ) and a housing part ( 3 ) are executed in such a way that they are in a state of pre-assembly in which the housing parts ( 2 , 3 ) are not yet firmly bonded to the connecting element ( 7 ) and a form closure holds them against one another.
7 . Housing according to claim 6 , characterized by a snap connection between the at least one connecting element ( 7 ) and the housing part ( 2 , 3 ).
8 . Housing according to claim 1 , characterized in that on the outer side ( 13 ) of a housing part ( 3 ) there is a recess ( 26 ) that contains, at least partially, an overlapping section ( 10 ) that overlaps the outer side of the housing part ( 3 ) of the at least one connecting element ( 7 ).
9 . Housing according to claim 8 , characterized in that the depth ( 28 ) of the recess ( 26 ) is the same or greater than the thickness ( 27 ) of the overlapping section ( 10 ).
10 . Housing according to claim 1 , characterized in that additional structural parts ( 6 ) are braced between the housing parts ( 2 , 3 ).
11 . Housing according to claim 1 , characterized in that it has several connecting elements ( 7 ) spaced apart in circumferential direction of the housing parts ( 2 , 3 ).
12 . Housing according to claim 11 , characterized in that the connecting elements ( 7 ) are executed as arms ( 9 ) extending towards the housing axis ( 8 ) and are connected as one piece with their one end to one housing part ( 2 ) of the two housing parts ( 2 , 3 ).
13 . Housing according to claim 12 , characterized in that a cross leg ( 37 ) formed on the other end of an arm ( 9 ), on its free end ( 29 ), runs transversally to its longitudinal extension.
14 . Housing according to claim 1 , characterized in that it is the housing of a pump.
15 . Method for assembling a housing ( 1 ) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the housing parts ( 2 , 3 ) are pressed against one another—if need be, by placing additional structural parts ( 6 ) in between—with the help of a clamping device ( 15 ) while applying a pressing force (F), in which case the firmly bonded connection takes place between the at least one connecting element ( 7 ) and a housing part while the force is being applied.
16 . Method according to claim 15 , characterized in that the housing parts ( 2 , 3 ) are fixed to one another with a form closure in a pre-assembly step, in which case the form closure is ineffective against the direction of assembly 35 , in which the housing parts ( 2 , 3 ) are put together during assembly.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
