Isothermal packaging device for heat-sensitive products
Abstract
The invention relates to an isothermal packaging device, comprising a plurality of thermal insulation panels arranged to form a box ( 1 ) of parallelepipedic form, with: a front face ( 10 ) mobile relative to peripheral faces ( 30, 40, 50, 60 ) so as to form a main opening allowing access to an internal space of the box for the packaging of products, at least one of the peripheral faces ( 30, 40, 50, 60 ) comprising at least one peripheral housing designed to receive at least one thermal stabilisation element ( 80 ), a rear face ( 20 ) opposite the front face and also comprising at least one rear housing designed to receive at least one thermal stabilisation element ( 80 ), and a rear opening formed along an edge between the rear face ( 20 ) and one of the peripheral faces, and provided to allow access to the rear housing of the rear face ( 20 ) from the exterior of the box ( 1 ), with a removable obstruction element ( 70 ) designed to close said lateral opening.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A device for packaging of products designed to keep said products in a determined temperature range, comprising
a plurality of thermal insulation panels arranged to form a box ( 1 ) of parallelepipedic form, said box having a front face ( 10 ), a rear face ( 20 ) opposite the front face, and four peripheral faces ( 30 , 40 , 50 , 60 ) perpendicular in pairs and facing each-other in pairs and each extending between the front face ( 10 ) and the rear face ( 20 ); said front face ( 10 ) being mobile relative to the peripheral faces ( 30 , 40 , 50 , 60 ) so as to form a main opening allowing access to an internal space of the box for the packaging of products, at least one of the peripheral faces ( 30 , 40 , 50 , 60 ) comprising at least one peripheral housing designed to receive at least one thermal stabilisation element ( 80 ), the rear face ( 20 ) comprising also at least one rear housing designed to receive at least one thermal stabilisation element ( 80 ), the device comprising at least one rear opening formed along an edge between the rear face ( 20 ) and one of the peripheral faces, said rear opening being provided to allow access to the rear housing of the rear face ( 20 ) from the exterior of the box ( 1 ), and the device further comprising a removable obstruction element ( 70 ) designed to close said lateral opening, wherein the thermal insulation panels are arranged so as to allow access to the housings designed to receive the thermal stabilisation elements ( 80 ) without opening the internal space for packaging the products.
2 . The device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the thermal insulation panels are separate from each other and designed to be assembled together such that the box ( 1 ) is fully disassemblable.
3 . The device as claimed in claim 1 , comprising a plurality of sheathed thermal insulation panels, each sheathed thermal insulation panel comprising an external panel designed to form the external surface of the box ( 1 ), and an internal panel designed to form the internal surface of the box, the external panel and the internal panel being connected by a plurality of spacers arranged to form at least one sheath for the housing of at least one thermal stabilisation element.
4 . The device as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the rear face ( 20 ) comprises at least one sheathed thermal insulation panel oriented such that the rear housing formed by the sheath is accessible from the rear opening of the box ( 1 ).
5 . The device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein
at least one of the peripheral faces comprises at least one sheathed thermal insulation panel oriented such that the peripheral housing formed by the sheath is accessible from the main opening of the box, and the front face ( 10 ) comprises an intermediate panel ( 12 ) designed to be positioned between the four peripheral faces to block access inside the box ( 1 ) while leaving free access to the peripheral housing of the peripheral face.
6 . The device as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the intermediate panel ( 12 ) comprises at least one front housing designed to receive at least one thermal stabilisation element ( 80 ), with access to said front housing being provided at the surface of the intermediate panel ( 12 ) designed to be oriented towards the exterior of the box.
7 . The device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein one of the peripheral faces constitutes a lower face ( 30 ) as support base of the box ( 1 ), the two peripheral faces adjacent to the lower face ( 30 ) comprising lateral faces ( 50 , 60 ) of the box ( 1 ), and the peripheral face opposite the lower face ( 30 ) comprising the upper face ( 40 ) of the box, the rear opening being a lateral longitudinal opening arranged along the edge between the rear face ( 20 ) and a lateral face ( 50 , 60 ).
8 . The device as claimed in claim 7 , comprising a plurality of sheathed thermal insulation panels, each sheathed thermal insulation panel comprising an external panel designed to form the external surface of the box, and an internal panel designed to form the internal surface of the box, the external panel and the internal panel being connected by a plurality of spacers arranged to form at least one sheath for the housing of at least one thermal stabilisation element, wherein:
the lateral faces ( 50 , 60 ), the upper face ( 40 ) and the rear face ( 20 ) each comprise at least one sheathed thermal insulation panel, the lower face ( 30 ) comprises a support panel ( 31 ), and the front face ( 10 ) comprises an intermediate obstruction panel ( 12 ) of access inside the box ( 1 ) and an external panel ( 11 ) provided to cover the intermediate panel ( 11 ) and to block access to the peripheral housings.
9 . The device as claimed in claim 7 , comprising two rear openings ( 71 , 72 ), each rear opening being a lateral longitudinal opening arranged along the edge between the rear face ( 20 ) and one of the two lateral faces ( 50 , 60 ).
10 . The device as claimed in claim 7 , further comprising a handling pallet ( 2 ) designed to be positioned under the support panel ( 31 ) of the lower face ( 30 ), the pallet ( 2 ) comprising housings for receiving at least one thermal stabilisation element.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
