Abstract
A radio communication system converts a time domain signal into a plurality of frequency signals to be allocated onto a plurality of subcarriers to be transmitted. The radio communication system changes a method of allocating the plurality of frequency signals onto the plurality of subcarriers based on transmission power information.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A transmission device comprising:
a RF unit configured to transmit a first information indicating a limitation of an allocation method indicating how to map data to a plurality of subcarriers; and a receiver configured to receive, from a base station device, a second information indicating the allocation method, wherein the allocation method to be limited by the first information is a first allocation method which non-continuously allocates the plurality of subcarriers in at least a first cluster and a second cluster where the first cluster includes a first portion of the plurality of subcarriers continuously allocated to form the first cluster and where the second cluster includes a second portion of the plurality of subcarriers continuously allocated to form the second cluster, and the allocation method not to be limited by the first information is a second allocation method which allocates the plurality of subcarriers continuously to form a single cluster of subcarriers.
2 . The transmission device according to claim 1 , wherein
the RF unit is configured to transmit a Discrete Fourier Transform-spread-OFDM (DFT-S-OFDM) signal using the received second information.
3 . The transmission device according to claim 1 , wherein
a first PAPR characteristic of the first allocation method differs from a second PAPR characteristic of the second allocation method.
4 . The transmission device according to claim 3 , wherein
the second PAPR characteristic is greater than the first PAPR characteristic.
5 . The transmission device according to claim 1 , wherein
the first allocation method allocates the plurality of subcarriers in two or more clusters where each cluster of the two or more clusters is composed of two or more contiguous subcarriers.
6 . The transmission device according to claim 1 , wherein
the first allocation method allocates the plurality of subcarriers in at least said first cluster and said second cluster where said first cluster is composed of at least two or more contiguous subcarriers and said second cluster is composed of at least two or more contiguous subcarriers.
7 . A transmission device comprising:
a RF unit configured to transmit first information indicating a limitation of an allocation method indicating how to map data to a plurality of subcarriers; and a receiver configured to receive, from a base station device, a second information indicating the allocation method, wherein the allocation method to be limited by the first information is a first allocation method which non-continuously allocates the plurality of subcarriers in at least a first cluster and a second cluster where the first cluster includes a first portion of the plurality of subcarriers continuously allocated to form the first cluster and where the second cluster includes a second portion of the plurality of subcarriers continuously allocated to form the second cluster, and the allocation method not to be limited by the first information is a second allocation method which allocates the plurality of subcarriers continuously to form a single cluster of subcarriers and differs PAPR characteristics from the first allocation method.
8 . A wireless communication method for a transmission device, comprising:
transmitting a first information indicating a limitation of an allocation method indicating how to map data to a plurality of subcarriers; and receiving, from a base station device, a second information indicating the allocation method, wherein the allocation method to be limited by the first information is a first allocation method which non-continuously allocates the plurality of subcarriers in at least a first cluster and a second cluster where the first cluster includes a first portion of the plurality of subcarriers continuously allocated to form the first cluster and where the second cluster includes a second portion of the plurality of subcarriers continuously allocated to form the second cluster, and the allocation method not to be limited by the first information is a second allocation method which allocates the plurality of subcarriers continuously to form a single cluster of subcarriers.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
