Abstract

When a plurality of objects are subjected to a batch processing by an object selection unit and a batch processing execution unit, if an input is made to an object included in the plurality of objects, an information processing apparatus controls the processing execution unit so as to execute a processing on the object based on the input, thereby executing a processing of moving all of the selected plurality of objects simultaneously with a processing of moving an arbitrary object separately from other objects among the selected plurality of objects.

         2 . An information processing apparatus comprising:
 a detection unit configured to detect an input point instructed on a display screen; and   a display control unit configured to move each of a plurality of objects displayed on the display screen in accordance with a first rule according to movement of an input point detected by the detection unit, and to change a display state of a part of the plurality of objects being moved according to the first rule in accordance with a second rule different from the first rule according to movement of an input point detected by the detection unit.   
     
     
         3 . The information processing apparatus according to  claim 2 ,
 wherein the display control unit performs, as the changing in accordance with the second rule, any one of displacement, rotation, enlargement, reduction, and modification, on the part of the plurality of objects being moved according to the first rule.   
     
     
         4 . The information processing apparatus according to  claim 2 ,
 wherein the first rule is a rule for moving each of the plurality of objects displayed on the display screen, according to movement of two input points detected by the detection unit away from each other on the display screen.   
     
     
         5 . The information processing apparatus according to  claim 2 ,
 wherein, in the first rule, a movement amount of each of the plurality of objects displayed on the display screen is determined based on a display position of the object and a movement amount of two input points detected by the detection unit.   
     
     
         6 . The information processing apparatus according to  claim 2 ,
 wherein the display control unit changes, in accordance with the second rule, the part of the plurality of objects being moved according to the first rule, which is specified based on a position of an input point detected by the detection unit.   
     
     
         7 . The information processing apparatus according to  claim 2 ,
 wherein the display control unit displays, on the display screen, a batch processing input object which includes the plurality of objects to be moved according to the first rule.   
     
     
         8 . The information processing apparatus according to  claim 7 ,
 wherein the display control unit moves each of the plurality of objects included in the batch processing input object, in accordance with the first rule according to movement of two input points detected by the detection unit in a region where the plurality of objects is not displayed on the batch processing input object.   
     
     
         9 . The information processing apparatus according to  claim 8 ,
 wherein the display control unit moves each of the plurality of objects included in the batch processing input object and enlarges a size of the batch processing input object, in accordance with movement of two input points detected by the detection unit in a region where the plurality of objects is not displayed on the batch processing input object.   
     
     
         10 . The information processing apparatus according to  claim 8 ,
 wherein the first rule is a rule that if a plurality of objects included in the batch processing input object is displayed on the display screen such that the plurality of objects is overlapped with each other, the plurality of objects is moved, so as not to be overlapped with each other, in accordance with movement of two input points away from each other, the two input points being detected by the detection unit in a region where the plurality of objects is not displayed on the batch processing input object.   
     
     
         11 . The information processing apparatus according to  claim 7 ,
 wherein, in accordance with movement of an input point detected by the detection unit in a region where a plurality of objects being moved according to the first rule is displayed on the batch processing input object, the display control unit changes an object displayed on the region in accordance with the second rule different from the first rule.   
     
     
         12 . The information processing apparatus according to  claim 7 ,
 wherein, in a case where a part of the plurality of objects being moved according to the first rule, on which movement is performed as changing according to the second rule different from the first rule, is moved to the outside of the batch processing input object, the display control unit removes, from a target of movement according to the first rule, the object moved to the outside of the batch processing input object.   
     
     
         13 . The information processing apparatus according to  claim 7 ,
 wherein the display control unit adds, to a target of movement according to the first rule, an object moved into the batch processing input object by moving the object on the display screen.   
     
     
         14 . An information processing method comprising:
 detecting an input point instructed on a display screen; and   moving each of a plurality of objects displayed on the display screen in accordance with a first rule according to movement of a detected input point, and changing a display state of a part of the plurality of objects being moved according to the first rule in accordance with a second rule different from the first rule according to movement of a detected input point.   
     
     
         15 . An information processing apparatus comprising:
 a detection unit configured to detect an input point instructed on a display screen; and   a display control unit configured to change a display state of each of a plurality of objects displayed on the display screen in accordance with a first rule according to movement of an input point detected by the detection unit, and to change a display state of a part of the plurality of objects being changed according to the first rule in accordance with a second rule different from the first rule according to movement of an input point detected by the detection unit,   wherein each of the changing according to the first rule and the changing according to the second rule is any one of displacement, rotation, enlargement, reduction, and modification of a target object, which is performed by the display control unit.
