Abstract

A base transceiver station performing communications with user equipment, includes a receiving unit to receive an uplink transmission signal containing a propagation path fluctuation value between a self-device and the user equipment from the user equipment; and a communication permitting unit to control a period of time during which a permission of communications is given to the user equipment based on the propagation path fluctuation value.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . Communication control method in a first wireless device communicating with a second wireless device, the communication method comprising:
 transmitting, from the first wireless device to the second wireless device, a signal containing a propagation path fluctuation value between the second wireless device and the first wireless device.   
     
     
         2 . The communication control method according to  claim 1 , wherein the first wireless device includes a user equipment. 
     
     
         3 . The communication control method according to  claim 1 , wherein the second wireless device includes a base transceiver station. 
     
     
         4 . The communication control method according to  claim 1 , wherein the propagation path fluctuation value includes a Doppler frequency. 
     
     
         5 . The communication control method according to  claim 1 , wherein the propagation path fluctuation value includes a fading phase rotational quantity. 
     
     
         6 . The communication control method according to  claim 1 , wherein the propagation path fluctuation value includes a moving speed of the first wireless device or each of a time derivative. 
     
     
         7 . A first wireless device communicating with a second wireless device, the first wireless device comprising:
 a transmitter to transmit a signal containing a propagation path fluctuation value between the second wireless device and the first wireless device to the second wireless device.   
     
     
         8 . The first wireless device according to  claim 7 , wherein the first wireless device includes a user equipment. 
     
     
         9 . The first wireless device according to  claim 7 , wherein the second wireless device includes a base transceiver station. 
     
     
         10 . The first wireless device according to  claim 7 , wherein the propagation path fluctuation value includes a Doppler frequency. 
     
     
         11 . The first wireless device according to  claim 7 , wherein the propagation path fluctuation value includes a fading phase rotational quantity. 
     
     
         12 . The first wireless device according to  claim 7 , wherein the propagation path fluctuation value includes a moving speed of the first wireless device or each of a time derivative.
