What is claimed is:

1 . An office pedaling device comprising a base, a crank pedaling mechanism and a working surface, wherein
the base stands stably on the ground; the crank pedaling mechanism is installed on the base; the base is erected upward with a pole whose one end is fixed on the base and whose other end has an undertaking element; and the working surface is fixed to the undertaking element.

2 . The office pedaling device of claim 1 , wherein an adjusting mechanism is interposed between the pole and the undertaking element to adjust the position of the working surface, one end of the adjusting mechanism connecting to the undertaking element and the other end thereof connecting to the pole.

3 . The office pedaling device of claim 2 , wherein the adjusting mechanism includes a sliding rail and a displacing element to be installed and slide therein, thereby adjusting the position of the working surface, and a positioning element on the adjusting mechanism positions the displacing element in the sliding rail.

4 . The office pedaling device of claim 1 further comprising a control unit and a detection unit electrically connected with the control unit, wherein the detection unit detects the crank pedaling mechanism and produces an electrical signal, and the control unit receives the electrical signal to control the crank pedaling mechanism.

5 . The office pedaling device of claim 4 , wherein the control unit has a junction to connect with the working surface and thus to be fixed on the working surface.

6 . The office pedaling device of claim 4 , wherein the control unit is movable.

7 . The office pedaling device of claim 1 , wherein the base has a seat.

8 . An office pedaling device comprising as base, a pedaling mechanism, a working surface, and an adjusting device for adjusting the position of the working surface, wherein
the base stands stably on the ground; the pedaling mechanism is installed on the base; and one end of the adjusting device connects to the working surface, while the other end thereof connects to the base.

9 . The office pedaling device of claim 8 , wherein the adjusting device includes a sliding rail and a displacing element to be installed and slide therein, thereby adjusting the position of the working surface, and a positioning element on the adjusting device positions the displacing element in the sliding rail.

10 . The office pedaling device of claim 8 , wherein the pedaling device has a control unit and a detection unit electrically connected with the control unit, the detection unit detects the pedaling mechanism and produces an electrical signal, and the control unit receives the electrical signal to control the pedaling mechanism.
