Novel compounds

Abstract

There is provided a compound of formula (I): or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. There are also provided processes for the manufacture of a compound of Formula 1, and the use of a compound of Formula 1 as a medicament and in the treatment of cancer.

1 . A method of treating cancer which comprises administering to a patient in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of formula: 
       
         
           
           
               
               
           
         
         or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 
       
     
     
         2 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the cancer is selected from the group consisting of bladder cancer, breast cancer, prostrate cancer and multiple myeloma. 
     
     
         3 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of formula: 
       
         
           
           
               
               
           
         
         or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in association with a pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvant, diluent or carrier.
