Claims

Abstract

The present invention relates to the analysis apparatus capable of collecting the body fluid such as urine or blood, for embodiment urination and measuring or calculating the specific constituent from the collected body urine, and the apparatus for collecting body fluid capable of using by connecting to the analysis apparatus and its related article, in which the apparatus for collecting and analyzing for the body fluid of a patient consists of the body fluid collecting part and the collecting part case, the apparatus for collecting body fluid consists of the body fluid collecting part, the total tube and adapter, the collecting part is constructed with the absorbing tube, the sensor tube, the cleansing tube and the passage and is attachable/detachable connected to the collecting part, a diaper and pants exclusive for a patient are provided as the related article such that it is convenient to possess and has effects in the urination having no relations to the intention of a patient or in case of unable to use hand or foot by the intention, moreover in using together with a diaper and in nursing an acute or chronic patient.

1 . An apparatus which conforms to body parts for collecting and analyzing the discharge of urine as a body fluid from the human body which comprises:
 a body fluid collecting part; and   a collecting case for collecting body fluid, said body fluid collecting part being detachably connected to said collecting case, said body fluid collecting part containing a body fluid absorbing conduit, a cleansing passage conduit and an absorbing conduit which accommodates body fluid absorption and sensing elements, wherein the absorbing conduit is operatively articulated to the body fluid collecting part to facilitate gravitational positioning of the absorbing conduit to accommodate for positional changes of the human body during the collection and analyzing operation.   
     
     
         2 . The apparatus for collecting body fluid according to  claim 1 , wherein the body fluid collecting part and the collecting case are constructed to curve in the backward and upward direction toward the pelvis part of the human body. 
     
     
         3 . The apparatus for collecting body fluid according to  claim 1 , wherein the collecting case contains a soft silicone material where the collecting case contacts the human body. 
     
     
         4 . The apparatus for collecting body fluid according to  claim 2 , wherein the absorbing conduit is constructed of a flexible material. 
     
     
         5 . The apparatus for collecting body fluid according to  claim 1 , wherein the absorbing conduit is constructed as a collapsible soft material which freely winds in 180° to receive flow in the gravitational direction. 
     
     
         6 . The apparatus for collecting body fluid according to  claim 1 , wherein the cleansing passage is formed in the body fluid collecting part to make possible bidet cleansing. 
     
     
         7 . The apparatus for collecting body fluid according to  claim 1 , wherein the sensing element is capable of recognizing the body fluid and is selected from the group consisting of an optical sensor, an electrode sensor, a thermal sensor; a float sensor and an air pressure sensor. 
     
     
         8 . The apparatus for collecting body fluid according to  claim 1 , wherein the sensing element is capable of measuring an amount of specific component in the body fluid and is selected from the group consisting of an enzyme sensor, an immunity sensor, a DNA sensor, a cell sensor and a laboratorial chip. 
     
     
         9 . The apparatus for collecting body fluid according to  claim 1 , wherein the sensing element is constructed as a gas sensor capable of recognizing evacuation and is selected from the group consisting of a piezoelectric sensor, an optical fiber sensor, a spectrometry sensor and MOSFET (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) sensor. 
     
     
         10 . The apparatus for collecting body fluid according to  claim 1 , wherein the sensing element is an ammonia sensor. 
     
     
         11 . The apparatus for collecting body fluid according to  claim 1 , wherein a signal from the sensing element is transmitted by wireless transmission to a quantitative apparatus for measuring body fluid. 
     
     
         12 . The apparatus for collecting body fluid according to  claim 1 , wherein a fan is operatively associated with the body fluid collecting part. 
     
     
         13 . The apparatus for collecting body fluid according to  claim 1 , wherein a fan is operatively associated with the collecting case. 
     
     
         14 . The apparatus for collecting body fluid according to  claim 1 , wherein a ventilation hole is formed on the surface of the body fluid collecting case to improve ventilation. 
     
     
         15 . The apparatus for collecting body fluid according to  claim 1 , wherein the body fluid collecting case is wrapped with a disposable element having formed therein a large number of minute holes to improve ventilation. 
     
     
         16 . The apparatus for collecting body fluid according to  claim 1 , wherein a supporting device consisting of a stomach belt, a fixing connection belt and a fixing rod is used for attaching the apparatus for collecting body fluid to the human body. 
     
     
         17 . The apparatus for collecting body fluid according to  claim 1 , wherein the body fluid absorption conduit, the cleansing passage conduit and the absorbing conduit are enclosed in a tube which is formed of a silicone material. 
     
     
         18 . The apparatus for collecting body fluid according to  claim 1 , further containing a handle as a peripheral article in order to easily attach the body fluid collecting part to the perineal region of a woman. 
     
     
         19 . The apparatus for collecting body fluid according to  claim 1 , wherein pants are provided for a patient as a peripheral article in order to easily attach the body fluid collecting part to the body of a patient. 
     
     
         20 . The apparatus for collecting body fluid according to  claim 1 , wherein a driving motor, an impellor, a control panel and an adjusting button are operatively associated with the body fluid collecting part.
