Clip

Abstract

A clip is provided which can flexibly deal with a change in thickness of a member in which a mounting hole is formed so as to be stably fixed in the mounting hole without any looseness. This clip 10 includes a grommet 20 and a pin 40 . The pin 40 has a head portion 41 , a shaft portion 43 which projects from one side of the head portion 41 , first locking pieces 50 which are provided flexibly on an outer circumference of the shaft portion 43 so as to be brought into engagement with a circumferential edge of the mounting hole 3 and first engagement portions 50 which are brought into engagement with the grommet 20 so as to prevent the dislodgement of the pin 40.

 a pin configured to be inserted into the gromet to a first direction arid temporarily assembled with the grommet while allowing the pin to be further pushed; end   en urging unit configured to urge the cm Ip a second direction opposite to one first direction when the pin is inserted into the gromet,   wherein the pin comprises:   a need portion;   a shaft portion which projects from cue side of the head portion; and   a first locking piece, which is provided flezibly on an cuter circumference of the shaft portion.- adapted to be locked on a circumferential edge of the mounting hole voieo the pin and one grommet are inserted into a counting hole or a mounting member,.   wherein the grommet comprises:   a flange portion having au insertion here into which the shaft portion of the gin is .inserted;   a cylindrical portion which projects from a circumferential edge of the insertion cole in the flange portion; and   an opening portion which is formed in a circumferential wall of the cylindrical parties so as to allow the first locking piece o.f. the pie to project therefrom,   wherein tac firet; locking piece aa configured to be pulled inside from the opening portion when the pin is further pushed from a state in which the pin is temporarilly assembled with, the grommet, and   wherein, when the first locking piece is pulled inside from the opening portion, the clip can be thereby withdrawn front the mounting hole of the mounting member.
