Abstract

An electronic interactive toy device includes a first independent unit comprised of a signal transmitting device, a second independent unit comprised of a signal receiving device for receiving signals transmitted by the signal transmitting device and a controller unit for controlling the second independent unit to make interactive responses according to the signals received by the signal receiving device. The signal transmitting device includes an interactive signal transmitting device and an interactive signal triggering device, whereby when the interactive signal triggering device is triggered, the interactive signal transmitting device transmits an interactive signal, and the controller unit controls the second independent unit to make an interactive response according to the interactive signal received.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An electronic interactive toy device, comprising a first independent unit comprised of a signal transmitting device, a second independent unit comprised of a signal receiving device for receiving signals transmitted by the signal transmitting device and a controller unit for controlling the second independent unit to make interactive responses according to the signals received by the signal receiving device, wherein the signal transmitting device comprises an interactive signal transmitting device and an interactive signal triggering device; whereby when the interactive signal triggering device is triggered, the interactive signal transmitting device transmits an interactive signal, and the controller unit controls the second independent unit to make an interactive response according to the interactive signal received. 
     
     
         2 . The electronic interactive toy device according to  claim 1 , wherein the interactive signal transmitting device comprises an electronic navigating device, and the interactive signal triggering device comprises an electronic navigation triggering device, interactive signals transmitted from the interactive signal transmitting device comprised of wireless navigating signals, the second independent unit being comprised of an electrical power-driven device controlled by the controller unit to realize location interaction with the first independent unit, and the second independent unit being comprised of an electronic pet, the signal receiving device being comprised of a wireless positioning device; whereby when the electronic navigation triggering device is triggered, the electronic navigating device transmits a wireless navigating signal, and the wireless positioning device receives the wireless navigating signal thereby realizing wireless positioning of the first independent unit.

The electronic interactive toy device according to  claim 2 , wherein the first independent unit comprises a toy ball, the electronic navigating device being comprised of a first electronic navigating device, the wireless navigating signal being comprised of a first wireless navigating signal, and the electronic navigation triggering device being comprised of an acceleration on/off switch; whereby when the toy ball is thrown, the acceleration on/off switch is triggered which in turn triggers the first electronic navigating device to transmit the first wireless navigating signal, and the wireless positioning device receives the first wireless navigating signal transmitted by the toy ball and realizes wireless positioning of the toy ball. 
     
     
         4 . The electronic interactive toy device according to  claim 3 , wherein the electronic pet comprises a first wireless control device, and the toy ball comprises a first remote control on/off switch controlled by the first wireless control device; whereby when the toy ball is successfully found by the electronic pet, the electronic pet ceases the transmission of the first wireless navigating signal through the first remote control on/off switch. 
     
     
         5 . The electronic interactive toy device according to  claim 3 , further comprising an electronic goal, the electronic goal being comprised of a goal-sensing display device which senses a goal and displays the number of goals, the electronic pet further comprising an object-capturing device which executes tracking and capturing of the toy ball according to the first wireless navigating signal. 
     
     
         6 . The electronic interactive toy device according to  claim 5 , wherein the electronic goal comprises a fourth electronic navigating device controlled by the electronic pet, the electronic pet being comprised of a wireless calling device that issues calling signals; whereby when the electronic pet issues a calling signal, the electronic goal transmits a fourth wireless navigating signal through the fourth electronic navigating device, allowing the electronic pet to execute positioning of the electronic goal and conduct activity within a specified area at the electronic goal through the electrical power-driven device. 
     
     
         7 . The electrical interactive toy device according to  claim 3 , further comprising a third independent unit, the third independent unit comprising a remote control on/off switch controlled by the electronic pet, and an electronic navigating device that transmits wireless navigating signals, and the electronic pet comprising a wireless calling device which calls the third independent unit; whereby when the electronic pet issues a calling signal, it triggers the remote control on/off switch of the third independent unit, which in turn triggers the electronic navigating device of the third independent unit to transmit a wireless navigating signal, and the wireless positioning device executes positioning of the third independent unit according to the wireless navigating signal transmitted by the electronic navigating device of the third independent unit, thereby rendering the electronic pet to move away from or approach the third independent unit through the electrical power-driven device.

The electrical interactive toy device according to  claim 7 , wherein the third independent unit comprises a remote controller device, the remote controller device comprising a press button and a remote control unit, the third independent unit's electronic navigating device comprising a second electronic navigating device, the third independent unit's electronic navigating signal being comprised of a second wireless navigating signal, the third independent unit's remote control on/off switch being comprised of a second remote control on/off switch; whereby when the electronic pet issues a calling signal, it triggers the second remote control on/off switch, which in turn triggers the second electronic navigating device to transmit the second wireless navigating signal, and the electronic pet comprises an object-capturing device, the object-capturing device executes positioning of the remote controller device according to the second wireless navigating signal, and brings the toy ball to the remote controller device through the electrical power-driven device, and the third independent unit ceases the transmission of the second wireless navigating signal through the second remote control on/off switch.

The electronic interactive toy device according to  claim 1 , wherein the first independent unit's interactive signal transmitting device comprises first and second interactive signal transmitting devices, and the first independent unit's interactive signal triggering device comprises first and second interactive signal triggering devices, and wherein the first independent unit comprises:
 a first information card, comprising a first encoding information, the first information card being one of the N number (N>=2) of information cards possessed by a first player;   a second information card, comprising a second encoding information, the second information card being one of the N number (N>=2) of information cards possessed by a second player;   a first information card socket for receiving and combining with any one of the N number (N>=2) of information cards possessed by the first player;   a second information card socket for receiving and combining with any one of the N number (N>=2) of information cards possessed by the second player;   and wherein the second independent unit further comprises:   a voice message storage device, comprising first and second voice messages corresponding to the first encoding information and the second encoding information respectively;   a logic setting unit, comprising set information of corresponding logic between the first encoding information and the second encoding information;   a voice output unit for outputting the first and second voice messages;   whereby when the first and second information cards are inserted into the first and second information card sockets by the first and second players respectively, or when the second independent unit passes by the first and second information cards or information card sockets, the first and second interactive signal triggering devices trigger the first and second interactive signal transmitting devices to transmit the first encoding information and the second encoding information respectively, the controller unit reads the first encoding information and the second encoding information through the signal receiving device, causes the voice output unit to outputs the first and second voice messages corresponding to the first encoding information and the second encoding information respectively, examines the set information of corresponding logic between the first encoding information and the second encoding information through the logic setting unit, and controls the output of results of the set information of the corresponding logic.   
     
     
         10 . The electronic interactive toy device according to  claim 9 , wherein the first encoding information and the second encoding information are numerical encoding information, the voice message storage device and the logic setting unit are non-volatile storage devices, and the controller unit is a micro-controller or micro-processor.

The electronic interactive toy device according to  claim 9 , wherein the first information card comprises a first game card, the second information card comprises a second game card, the N number of game cards are three game cards, which are “stone”, “scissors” and “fabric” respectively, and the set information of the corresponding logic are “stone beats scissors”, “scissors beat fabric” and “fabric beats stone”, and the first information card socket being comprised of a first game card socket, the second information card socket being comprised of a second game card socket, the second independent unit further comprising a first display device corresponding to the first player and a second display device corresponding to the second player. 
     
     
         12 . The electronic interactive toy device according to  claim 11 , further comprising a circulating track, the controller unit comprising a game pace control unit and a winning/losing arbitration unit; whereby when the first and second players insert the first and second game cards into the first and second game card sockets respectively, the game pace control unit causes the electronic pet to move along the track, pass by the first game card, read the first encoding information and output the first voice message corresponding to the first encoding information through the voice output unit, and then the game pace control unit causes the electronic pet to move further along the track, pass by the second game card, read the second encoding information and output the second voice message corresponding to the second encoding information through the voice output unit, and when the first encoding information and the second encoding information are read, the winning/losing arbitration unit examines the set information of winning/losing logic of the first encoding information and the second encoding information through the logic setting unit, and the first and second display devices display the winning/losing scores of the first and second players respectively thereby realizing the entire process of an electronic stone-fabric-scissors game. 
     
     
         13 . The electronic interactive toy device according to  claim 9 , wherein the first player is an enquirer and the second player is a responder, the first information card comprising a first word card, the second information card comprising a second word card, the first information card socket comprising a first word card socket, and the second information card socket comprising a second word card socket, the voice message storage device further comprising a third voice message representing confirmation and a fourth voice message representing rejection, and the voice output unit further outputting the third and fourth voice messages. 
     
     
         14 . The electronic interactive toy device according to  claim 13 , further comprises a circulating track, the controller unit comprising a learning pace control unit and an answer arbitration unit; whereby when the inquirer inserts the first word card into the first word card socket, the learning pace control unit causes the electronic pet to move along the track, pass by the first word card socket, read the first encoding information, and output the first voice message corresponding to the first encoding information through the voice output unit, and thereafter the learning pace control unit causes the electronic pet to cease moving and await a response of the responder to the first voice message, and when the responder makes a decision according to the first voice message, and finds a second word card closest in meaning among the N number (N>=2) of word cards possessed by the responder and inserts it into the second word card socket, the electronic pet is re-activated and moves further along the track, passes by the second word card, reads the second encoding information and outputs the second voice message corresponding to the second encoding information through the voice output unit, and when the first encoding information and the second encoding information are read, the answer arbitration unit examines the set information of corresponding logic of the first encoding information and the second encoding information in the logic setting unit, and if the first encoding information and the second encoding information associate, then a correct answer made is determined and the third voice message is outputted, and if the first encoding information and the second encoding information do not associate, then an incorrect answer made is determined and the fourth voice message is outputted, so that an electronically controlled question and answer learning process is completed. 
     
     
         15 . The electronic interactive toy device according to  claim 1 , wherein the first independent unit comprises a shooting device and the second independent unit comprises an electronic pet, the first independent unit's interactive signal transmitting device comprising a first wireless transmitting device for transmitting a first wireless signal, the first wireless signal comprised of a shooting status information of the shooting device, and the first independent unit's interactive signal transmitting device comprising a second wireless transmitting device for transmitting a second wireless signal, the second wireless signal comprised of a targeting status information of the shooting device, and the signal receiving device comprising a first wireless receiving device for receiving the first wireless signal and obtaining the shooting status information of the shooting device from the first wireless signal, the signal receiving device comprising a second wireless receiving device for receiving the second wireless signal and obtaining the targeting status information of the shooting device from the second wireless signal, and the controller unit comprising a being-shot interactive unit, and when both the shooting status information and targeting status information are confirmed simultaneously, the being-shot interactive unit will be activated, and the controller unit further comprising a not-being-shot interactive unit, and when only the shooting status information is confirmed and the targeting status information is not confirmed, the not-being-shot interactive unit will be activated, the interactive signal triggering device further comprising a trigger and a shoot-triggering on/off switch. 
     
     
         16 . The electronic interactive toy device according to  claim 15 , wherein the interactive signal transmitting device comprises a laser targeting control unit that causes the interactive signal transmitting device to individually transmit the second wireless signal thereby realizing targeting and shooting functions. 
     
     
         17 . The electronic interactive toy device according to  claim 15 , wherein the first wireless signal and the second wireless signal are two wireless signals with different transmission speeds and with the same or corresponding encodings, and the electronic pet comprising a shooting distance computing unit for calculating the distance from the shooting device according to the phase time difference of the first wireless signal and the second wireless signal. 
     
     
         18 . The electronic interactive toy device according to  claim 15 , wherein the electronic pet comprises a brightness sensor, allowing the electronic pet to be able to find a dark shaded region for hiding, and the electronic pet further comprises a hesitating behaviour control unit which causes the electronic pet to execute hesitating behaviour at an intermediate region between bright light and the dark shaded region. 
     
     
         19 . The electronic interactive toy device according to  claim 15 , wherein the shooting device comprises an electronic pet remote control unit and a game mode selection unit, the electronic pet remote control unit and the game mode selection unit being configured to execute calling operations towards the electronic pet through the first wireless signal, and cause the electronic pet to convert from a dead status to a resurrected status. 
     
     
         20 . The electronic interactive toy device according to  claim 15 , wherein the electronic pet comprises a path memory unit which causes the electronic pet to retreat to its original hiding place when the being-shot interactive unit is activated.
