Abstract

Systems and methods personalize interaction between an intermediary system, a plurality of consumers, and a plurality of third party providers of products and services. For each consumer, a plurality of personalized value propositions may be generated for various products and/or services. The value propositions have personalized terms such that the same good or service offered to one consumer may be offered on different terms to another consumer. The system may generate a list of personalized value propositions for each consumer corresponding to various products and/or services to promote to that consumer. When a consumer interacts with the intermediary system, one value proposition from the list may be selected for presentation. In other embodiments, a plurality of value propositions from the list may be selected for presentation to a consumer as a package. Consumers can interact with the system over a variety of communication channels and user devices, including ATMs, PDAs, cell phones, computers accessing web sites or other Web Devices, Voice Response Units (VRUs), and others.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 - 26 . (canceled)

         27 . A method for providing access to a value proposition based on at least one offer from a at least one provider and distributing access to the value proposition to a destination communication device possessed by a recipient, the method comprising:
 storing data in at least one computer memory of a central computing system, the data including
 a first profile including a set of campaign requirements related to the at least one provider;
 a second profile including a set of demographic data related to the recipient; and
 potential available offers from the providers available to the recipient;
   storing rules in the at least one computer memory, the rules for determining a value proposition for the recipient; accessing the computer memory using a computer processor of the central computing system to execute instructions using the stored rules and the stored data to perform steps including:
 applying the stored campaign requirements from the first profile to the second profile to select at least one available offer for the recipient from the potential available offers;
 generating a value proposition for the recipient based on the available offers; and
 facilitating transmission of the value proposition from the central computing system to the recipient destination communication device.

         28 . The method of claim 27 , wherein facilitating transmission comprises adapting the value proposition to a transmission channel.

         29 . The method of claim 28 , wherein the transmission channel comprises at least one of internet, intranet, extranet, ATM, direct mail, email, and call center.

         30 . The method of claim 28 , wherein the recipient enters a preferred transmission channel into the system.

         31 . The method of claim 27 , further comprising building the second profile based on user interaction with the system.

         32 . The method of claim 27 , further comprising collecting the recipient data in real time based on recipient interaction with the system and storing the collected recipient data in the second profile.

         33 . The method of claim 27 , further comprising recording events relevant to the recipient.

         34 . The method of claim 33 , further comprising providing for event subscriptions for system users.

         35 . The method of claim 34 , wherein the system provides a notification of events to the event subscribers.

         36 . The method of claim 34 , wherein each event is associated with a particular recipient.

         37 . The method of claim 27 , further comprising requiring an authentication process for verifying recipients.

         38 . The method of claim 37 , further comprising storing an authentication token in a recipient session.

         39 . The method of claim 38 , further comprising passing the authentication token with each recipient request.

         40 . A system for providing access to a value proposition based on an offer from at least one provider and distributing access to the value proposition to a destination communication device possessed by a recipient, the system comprising:
 at least one computer memory, the computer memory storing data including: a first profile including a set of campaign requirements related to the at least one provider; a second profile including a set of demographic data related to the recipient; and potential available offers from the providers available to the recipient; rules stored in the computer memory, the rules for determining a value proposition for the recipient; and a computer processor accessing the computer memory to execute instructions using the stored rules and the stored data to perform steps including: applying the stored rules from the first profile to the second profile to select at least one available offer for the recipient from the potential available offers; generating a value proposition for the recipient based on the available offers; and facilitating transmission of the value proposition from the computing system over a network to the recipient destination communication device.

         41 . The method of claim 40 , wherein facilitating transmission comprises adapting the value proposition to a transmission channel.

         42 . The method of claim 41 , wherein the transmission channel comprises at least one of internet, intranet, extranet, ATM, direct mail, email, and call center.

         43 . The method of claim 41 , wherein the recipient enters a preferred transmission channel into the system.

         44 . The method of claim 40 , further comprising building the second profile based on user interaction with the system.

         45 . The method of claim 40 , further comprising collecting the recipient data in real time based on recipient interaction with the system and storing the collected recipient data in the second profile.

         46 . The method of claim 40 , further comprising recording events relevant to the recipient.

         47 . The method of claim 46 , further comprising providing for event subscriptions for system users.

         48 . The method of claim 47 , wherein the system provides a notification of events to the event subscribers.

         49 . The method of claim 47 , wherein each event is associated with a particular recipient.

         50 . The method of claim 40 , further comprising requiring an authentication process for verifying recipients.

         51 . The method of claim 50 , further comprising storing an authentication token in a recipient session.
