Claims
Abstract
A heating device for heating a liquid in the through-flow comprises a carrier with heating conductors thereon and at least two surface mounted device (SMD) temperature sensors. A first temperature sensor is arranged closed to the heating conductor at a distance of less than twice the heating conductor width. A second temperature sensor has a greater distance to the heating conductor than the first temperature sensor, preferably more than twice the distance of the first temperature sensor to the heating conductor.

1 . A heating device for heating a medium or a liquid, respectively, in a through-flow or in a past-flow, respectively, wherein said heating device comprises:
a carrier and wherein heating conductors are attached to said carrier and at least two temperature sensors are arranged on said carrier, wherein said temperature sensors are configured as discrete, separate components and wherein:
a first temperature sensor is arranged close to said heating conductor, and
a second temperature sensor has a greater distance to said heating conductor than said first temperature sensor.
2 . The heating device according to claim 1 , wherein a distance of said first temperature sensor to said heating conductor is less than twice a width of said heating conductor.
3 . The heating device according to claim 1 , wherein a distance of said first temperature sensor to said heating conductor is smaller than ten times a thickness of said carrier.
4 . The heating device according to claim 1 , wherein a distance of said second temperature sensor to said heating conductor is greater than twice a width of said heating conductor.
5 . The heating device according to claim 1 , wherein a distance of said second temperature sensor to said heating conductor is greater than two times a distance of said first temperature sensor to said heating conductor.
6 . The heating device according to claim 1 , wherein a distance of said second temperature sensor to said heating conductor is greater than fifteen times a thickness of said carrier.
7 . The heating device according to claim 1 , wherein said temperature sensors are negative temperature coefficient (NTC) resistors.
8 . The heating device according to claim 1 , wherein said first temperature sensor and said second temperature sensor are identically constructed.
9 . The heating device according to claim 1 , wherein said first temperature sensor and said second temperature sensor are surface mounted device (SMD) components.
10 . The heating device according to claim 1 , wherein at least one of said temperature sensors is pressed onto said carrier in a detachable manner or without permanent fixation, respectively.
11 . The heating device according to claim 1 , wherein said first temperature sensor is configured in an elongate manner and arranged essentially parallel to a longitudinal course of said heating conductor with a most small distance thereto.
12 . The heating device according to claim 1 , wherein a heating conductor extends meander-shaped or in loops, respectively, and curvatures of said loops are configured such that two heating conductor arms of said loops terminate and are connected or contacted to one another, respectively, by means of an electrically very well conducting contact bridge, wherein said second temperature sensor is arranged in a region of such a curvature of a loop or said heating conductor approaches said second temperature sensor the most with such a curvature of said loop.
13 . An electric appliance having a flow channel for a medium, wherein a heating device is provided at said flow channel and forms said flow channel at least partially, wherein said appliance has a heating device according to claim 1 .
14 . The electric appliance according to claim 13 , wherein said heating device is configured in tubular manner with a tubular carrier and said medium flows through said device, wherein said heating conductors and said temperature sensors as well are arranged on an outer side of said heating device.
15 . The electric appliance according to claim 13 , wherein said heating device is installed in said electric appliance such that at least one of said temperature sensors is arranged in a vertically topmost region of said heating device.
16 . The electric appliance according to claim 15 , wherein at least said first temperature sensor is arranged in a vertically topmost region of said heating device.
