Privacy bag for vibrators, dildos, and/or other sex toys

Abstract

A privacy bag is disclosed, for the safekeeping of a vibrator, a dildo, or other sex toy. The privacy bag or sleeve is available in several different configurations, and includes interior material that is antibacterial, antistatic, anti-allergenic, water-resistant, and/or oil-resistant.

We claim: 
     
         1 . A privacy bag in which to store a sex toy, the privacy bag comprising:
 an interior protective portion comprising a predefined shape, the interior protective portion comprising a fabric and a material impregnated in the fabric that protects against the transfer of particulates to the sex toy during storage; and   an exterior fabric portion also comprising the predefined shape, wherein the exterior fabric portion is fixably coupled to the interior protective portion along some portion of the predefined shape, with a remaining portion being capable of being repeatedly closed or opened;   
       wherein the privacy bag is to be closed for safekeeping of the sex toy. 
     
     
         2 . The privacy bag of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a zipper disposed along the remaining portion so as to close the privacy bag, the zipper comprising:   a pair of zipper chains sewn along the remaining portion; and   at least one pull tab coupled to a slider, wherein the pull tab, once pulled from one side of the remaining portion to another side, cause the pair of zipper chains to interdigitate with one another.   
     
     
         3 . The privacy bag of  claim 2 , wherein the zipper further comprises two locking loops, a first locking loop being on the pull tab, wherein the two locking loops fit over one another when the privacy bag is closed, enabling a lock to be threaded through the two locking loops. 
     
     
         4 . The privacy bag of  claim 1 , wherein the material impregnated in the fabric comprises Herculite®. 
     
     
         5 . The privacy bag of  claim 1 , wherein the material impregnated in the fabric comprises Chitosante. 
     
     
         6 . The privacy bag of  claim 1 , wherein the particulates comprise microbes. 
     
     
         7 . The privacy bag of  claim 1 , wherein the particulates comprise allergens. 
     
     
         8 . The privacy bag of  claim 1 , wherein the particulates comprise moisture. 
     
     
         9 . The privacy bag of  claim 1 , wherein the particulates comprise dust. 
     
     
         10 . The privacy bag of  claim 1 , wherein the particulates comprise oils. 
     
     
         11 . The privacy bag of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a closure loop disposed at an opening of the privacy bag, wherein a closure cord is threaded through the closure loop;   
       wherein the privacy bag is secured in a closed position by pulling on the closure cord such that the fabric gathers together. 
     
     
         12 . The privacy bag of  claim 1 , wherein the predefined shape is a rectangle. 
     
     
         13 . The privacy bag of  claim 1 , wherein the predefined shape is an elongated rectangle. 
     
     
         14 . The privacy bag of  claim 1 , wherein the predefined shape is as shown in  FIG. 2 . 
     
     
         15 . A privacy bag in which to store a sex toy, the privacy bag comprising:
 an interior protective portion comprising a rectangular shape, the interior protective portion comprising a fabric and a material impregnated in the fabric that protects against the transfer of microbes to the sex toy during storage; and   an exterior fabric portion also comprising the rectangular shape, wherein the exterior fabric portion is sewn to the interior protective portion along three sides of the rectangular shape; and   a closure mechanism disposed along a fourth side of the rectangular shape, the fourth side having an inner top portion and an outer top portion, the closure mechanism further comprising:   a first magnetic strip sewn inside the inner top portion; and   a second magnetic strip sewn inside the outer top portion, wherein the first magnetic strip and the second magnetic strip are oppositely poled;   
       wherein the privacy bag is shut by folding the outer top portion over the inner top portion such that the first magnetic strip and the second magnetic strip are fixably engaged. 
     
     
         16 . The privacy bag of  claim 15 , wherein the material impregnated in the fabric further is oil-resistant. 
     
     
         17 . The privacy bag of  claim 15 , wherein the material impregnated in the fabric further is Herculite®. 
     
     
         18 . The privacy bag of  claim 15 , wherein the material impregnated in the fabric is allergen-resistant. 
     
     
         19 . A sleeve, comprising:
 an exterior fabric portion in a predefined shape; and   an interior protective portion, also in the predefined shape, wherein the exterior fabric portion and interior protective portion are sewn together into a substantially cylindrical shape, the interior protective portion further comprising material impregnated with an antimicrobial material.   
     
     
         20 . The sleeve of  claim 19 , the interior protective portion further comprising water- and odor-resistance.
