Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a device for measuring voltage from a conductor. The device has first and second cylindrical electrodes positioned about the conductor and a circuit interfaced with the first and second electrodes that generates a signal proportional to a voltage of the conductor.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A device for measuring voltage from a conductor, comprising:
a first cylindrical electrode positioned about the conductor; a second cylindrical electrode positioned about the conductor; and a circuit interfaced with the first and second electrodes, the circuit configured to generate a signal proportional to a voltage of the conductor.
2 . The device of claim 1 , wherein the each electrode is spaced from the conductor.
3 . The device of claim 1 , wherein the circuit generates the signal proportional to the conductor without interference from a second conductor within proximity to the first conductor.
4 . The device of claim 1 , wherein the first conductor is substantially the same width as the second conductor.
