Abstract
An exercise sheet for exercising may include a flexible first sheet and a flexible second sheet connected to the flexible first sheet. The flexible first sheet may be formed from Lycra and the flexible second sheet may be formed from neoprene. The flexible second sheet may include a laminated surface. The first flexible sheet may include a retaining cord. The retaining cord may include a cord stop to adjust the length of the retaining cord.

a flexible first sheet; a flexible second sheet connected to the flexible first sheet; wherein the flexible first sheet is formed from Lycra and may include and an antibacterial agent and the flexible second sheet is formed from neoprene.
2 ) An exercise sheet for exercising as in claim 1 , wherein the flexible second sheet includes a laminated surface.
3 ) An exercise sheet for exercising as in claim 1 , wherein the first flexible sheet includes a retaining cord.
