Hook and wheel

Abstract

The present unique design relates to assembly of the hook and wheel toy construction described herein, consisting of 1) guiding hook-like structure attached to a connecting rod with a handle and; 2) circular rim-like structure. This design embodies the following new aspects: 1) Placement of the guiding hook in a U-shape projecting from the middle of the end of the connecting rod eases handling of the rod and toy from the left or right-hand side (shown in FIG. 3 ). 2 ) Interchangeable decorative insert options such as a single or multi-colored spokes (FIG. 6 ), or a solid disc insert with various designs, a new design concept for this toy construction (FIG. 7 ). Interchangeable inserts provide a platform for customization of consumer preferences including multiple colors and designs. They also provide a stage for display of favorite designs, self portraits, celebrity portraits just to mention but a few.

What is claimed is the assembly of the hook and wheel toy construction as shown in  FIG. 1  described herein, embodying the following new aspects: 1) The placement of the guiding hook in a U-shape projecting from the middle of the end of the connecting rod eases handling of the rod and toy from the left or right-hand side (shown in  FIG. 3 ). 2) The interchangeable decorative insert options such as a single or multi-colored spokes, as in  FIG. 6 , or a solid disc insert with various designs, a new design concept for this toy construction as in  FIG. 7 .
