Roller cover brush

Abstract

A painting applicator that combines a paint roller and a paint brush into one tool comprising a paint roller cover with a paint brush tip extending from the end of said paint roller cover, wherein an operator uses said painting applicator for a dual purpose in which the paint roller cover portion of said painting applicator is used for the first purpose to roll against a surface to apply liquids and then said paint brush tip portion of said painting applicator is used for the second purpose to brush liquids onto a surface,

I claim: 
     
         1 ) A painting applicator that combines a paint roller and a paint brush into one tool comprising a paint roller cover with a paint brush tip extending from the end of said paint roller cover, wherein an operator can use said painting applicator for a dual purpose in which the paint roller cover portion of said painting applicator is used for the first purpose to roll against a surface to apply liquids and then said paint brush tip portion of said painting applicator is used for the second purpose to brush liquids onto a surface, 
     
     
         2 ) The claim of  1 , whereby when flipping said painting applicator in one direction an operator uses said paint roller cover to roll liquids onto a surface and by flipping said painting applicator approximately 90 degrees said operator uses said paint brush tip to brush liquids onto a surface, 
     
     
         3 ) The claim of  1 , wherein the said paint roller cover and said paint brush tip are made of materials comprising foam, cloth, horse hair, plastic fibers, hair, high density foam, plastic, and other material that is use to apply paint, stain, liquid and power chemicals, 
     
     
         4 ) The claim of  1  where said paint roller cover and said paint brush tip are made within one single unit to make up the complete said painting applicator, 
     
     
         5 ) The claim of  1  wherein said paint roller cover and said paint brush tip are made within two separate units, whereby the paint roller cover is separate from the paint brush tip but installed on the same frame, 
     
     
         6 ) The claim of  1 , wherein said paint brush tip is in the form of a wedge like shape such as the foam end of a foam paint brush, 
     
     
         7 ) The claim of  1  wherein said painting applicator is attached to a painting applicator frame by methods comprising a retainer clip, press-fit, screwed, threaded, bolted, boss inserted into hole linkage, 
     
     
         8 ) The claim of  1  wherein said painting applicator is an attachable arm of an adjustable paint roller that will move to multiple angles in relation to a handle of said adjustable paint roller, 
     
     
         9 ) I claim a painting applicator comprising a paint roller cover, a paint brush tip, a shaft and a paint applicator frame connection means, wherein said paint brush tip is secured to said shaft at one end and said paint roller cover is slid onto said shaft at the other end and at said other end the shaft is then connected to a paint applicator frame, by said paint applicator frame connection means, wherein said paint roller cover can rotate freely around said shaft and wherein an operator can use said painting applicator for a dual purpose in which the paint roller cover portion of said painting applicator is used for the first purpose to roll against a surface to apply liquids and then said paint brush tip portion of said painting applicator is used for the second purpose to brush liquids onto a surface, 
     
     
         10 ) The claim of  9  wherein said painting applicator is attached to a painting applicator frame by said paint applicator frame connection means comprising a retainer clip, press-fit, screwed, threaded, bolted, boss inserted into hole linkage, 
     
     
         11 ) The claim of  9  wherein said paint applicator can lock at angles comprising 90 degrees, 135 degrees, and 180 degrees in relation to a handle by way of said paint applicator frame connection means comprising a disk at the end of said shaft with a center pivot hole and three positioning holes that allow said paint applicator to be rotated to and lock at 90 degrees, 135 degrees and 180 degrees in relation to a paint frame handle, 
     
     
         12 ) The claim of  9 , wherein said paint brush tip is in the form of a wedge like shape such as the foam end of a foam paint brush, 
     
     
         13 ) The claim of  9 , whereby when flipping said painting applicator in one direction an operator uses said paint roller cover to roll liquids onto a surface and by flipping said painting applicator approximately 90 degrees said operator uses said paint brush tip to brush liquids onto a surface, 
     
     
         14 ) The claim of  9 , wherein said paint roller cover and said paint brush tip are made of materials comprising foam, cloth, horse hair, plastic fibers, hair, high density foam, plastic, and other material that is use to apply paint, stain, liquid and power chemicals, 
     
     
         15 ) I claim a painting applicator comprising a paint brush tip, and a paint applicator frame connection means for attaching said paint brush tip to a paint applicator frame, whereby said paint applicator frame is designed to accept a paint roller cover, and said paint brush tip is connected at the end of said paint roller cover, 
     
     
         16 ) The claim of  15  wherein said painting applicator is attached to a painting applicator frame by said paint applicator frame connection means comprising a retainer clip, press-fit, screwed, threaded, bolted, boss inserted into hole linkage, 
     
     
         17 ) The claim of  15 , wherein said paint brush tip is in the form of a wedge like shape such as the foam end of a foam paint brush, 
     
     
         18 ) The claim of  15  whereby a paint roller cover is connect on a paint applicator frame along with said paint brush tip to form a combined painting applicator with a dual purpose in which said paint roller cover portion of said painting applicator is used for the first purpose to roll against a surface to apply liquids and then said paint brush tip portion of said painting applicator is used for the second purpose to brush liquids onto a surface,
