Abstract

The Cool Seat is a stadium seat cushion that uses frozen gel packs enclosed in insulation and a waterproof cover to keep a person cool in extremely hot weather.

I claim: 
     
         1 . a stadium cool seat cushion, comprising:
 a. frozen gel packs;   b. insulating foam to hold the gel packs in place and regulate heat transfer;   c. and a hinged waterproof cover to hold the seat back and seat bottom together and attach to the stadium seat.   
     
     
         2 . a stadium cool seat cushion, as cited in  claim 1 , configured to fit stadium bleacher seats. 
     
     
         3 . a cool seat cushion, as cited in  claim 1 , configured to fit lawn chairs.
