Abstract
A cushion device that may be wearable. The wearable cushion may include an upper pad attached to a lower pad. The upper and lower pad may both include cushions for extra padding. The upper and lower pads may further include straps, so that the upper and lower pads may be strapped to an individual and be worn.

1 . A wearable cushion comprising:
an upper pad comprising a cushion and having a first side, a second side, a top end, and a bottom end; a torso strap attached to at least one of the first side and the second side of the upper pad, wherein the torso strap comprises an attachment component; and a lower pad comprising a cushion and having a first side, a second side, a top end, and a bottom end, wherein the top end of the lower pad is connected to the bottom end of the upper pad.
2 . The wearable cushion of claim 1 , further comprising a lap strap attached to the first side and the second side of the lower pad near the top end of the lower pad, wherein the lap strap comprises an attachment component.
3 . The wearable cushion of claim 2 , further comprising a shoulder strap attached to the top end of the upper pad, wherein the shoulder strap comprises an attachment component and the torso strap comprises a second attachment component, wherein the shoulder strap attachment component releasably connects with the second attachment component of the torso strap.
4 . The wearable cushion of claim 3 , further comprising a first outer thigh strap attached to the first side of the lower pad near the bottom end of the lower pad and a second outer thigh strap attached to the second side of the lower pad near the bottom end of the lower pad, wherein the outer thigh straps comprise attachment components.
5 . The wearable cushion of claim 4 , further comprising inner thigh straps attached to an edge of a slit at the bottom end of the lower pad, wherein the inner thigh straps comprise attachment components, wherein the attachment components of the outer thigh straps releasably attach to the attachment components of the inner thigh straps.
6 . The wearable cushion of claim 5 , wherein the attachment components are at least one of a clip, a zipper, laces, straps, or a hook and loop fastener.
7 . The wearable cushion of claim 5 , further comprising at least one pocket on the outer thigh straps.
8 . The wearable cushion of claim 1 , further comprising a netting attaching the bottom end of the upper pad to the top end of the lower pad.
9 . The wearable cushion of claim 8 , wherein the netting comprises at least two layers sewn together with a zipper sewn to at least one layer to form a pouch.
10 . The wearable cushion of claim 8 , further comprising a handle attached to the netting.
11 . The wearable cushion of claim 8 , further comprising a shoulder strap attached to the netting.
12 . The wearable cushion of claim 1 , further comprising a backpack pouch attached to a back surface of the upper pad.
