Abstract

A trash bag support structure comprising a frame; a pair of legs attached to the sides of the frame, where the legs provide the height to the support structure; a base attached between the pair of legs, where the frame, the legs and the base receive a trash bag; and a pair of feet extending from the bottom of each leg, attached to the base, where the feet enable the frame to stand erect during use, and where the feet extend into the trash bag to keep the bag in an open position.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A trash bag support structure comprising:
a frame; a pair of legs attached to the frame, where each leg comprises a side of the Frame, where the legs provide a height to the support structure, and where the pair of legs are adjustable in height; a base attached between the pair of legs, where the frame, the legs and the base receive a trash bag; and a pair of feet extending from a bottom portion of each leg, attached to the base, where the feet enable the frame to stand erect during use, and where the feet extend into the trash bag to keep the bag in an open position.

2 . The trash bag support structure according to claim 1 , wherein the frame is made from one of at least aluminum, steel, wood and plastic.

3 . The trash bag support structure according to claim 1 , wherein the pair of feet includes a raised beam to assist in maintaining the frame in an upright position.

4 . The trash bag support structure according to claim 1 , wherein a height of the legs is 17 inches, and the width of the frame is 20 inches, where the height alleviates strain and difficulty from bending over to pick up the trash bag.

         5 . (canceled)

6 . The trash bag support structure according to claim 1 , where the pair of legs is telescopic to adjust the height.
