Abstract
The present disclosure relates to the field of packing, and more particularly relates to a packing device of liquid crystal (LC) glass. The packing device of the LC glass includes a tray; a containing cavity for containing the LC glass is arranged in the tray. The packing device of the LC glass further includes an upper cover. The upper cover is fixed to the tray by a clamp. The packing device of the LC glass of the present disclosure comprises the upper cover and the tray, the containing cavity for containing the LC glass is arranged in the tray, the upper cover is fixed to the tray by a clamp. Thus, the LC glass in the containing cavity is fixed, and the packing device can be vertically put and can also be horizontally arranged. Thus, the problem of stress deformation caused by up and down stacking is well solved.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A packing device for containing liquid crystal (LC) glass, comprising:
a tray comprising a containing cavity for containing the LC glass; an upper cover fixed to the tray by a clamp; a buffer sheet arranged between two adjacent pieces of LC glass; an outer case; and at least two buffer elements, each of the at least two buffer elements comprising an upper buffer element and a lower buffer element; wherein the upper cover and the tray comprise respectively and correspondingly a clamping button or a clamping slot, outer edges of the upper cover and the tray both comprise fixed edges, the fixed edges are planes; the clamping button or the clamping slot are arranged on the fixed edges of the upper cover and the tray, wherein the clamping button and the clamping slot are arranged on four corners of the upper cover and the tray and middle regions of the fixed edges; wherein the fixed edges of the upper cover and the tray comprise also a handle, the upper cover and the tray are molded by a plastic sheet through a suction molding mode, the upper cover and the tray are made of the same plastic sheet so as to be integrative, wherein a connecting structure is arranged between the upper cover and the tray, the upper cover and the tray are clamped after being relatively turned; wherein the upper buffer element and the lower buffer element both comprise a only one fixing cavity for fixing the upper cover and the tray, the fixing cavity can be used for fixing a combination of the upper cover and the tray; and wherein the fixing cavity on the each of at least two buffer elements is an open structure and forms an integral fixing cavity with an adjacent one of the at least two buffer elements, each of the at least two buffer elements comprises a slot and an insert block, and the slot and the insert block are respectively arranged on two side surfaces of each of the at least two buffer elements and are respectively used for connecting an adjacent one of the at least two buffer elements.
2 . A packing device for containing liquid crystal (LC) glass, comprising:
a tray comprising a containing cavity for containing the LC glass; and an upper cover and fixed to the tray by a clamp; wherein the upper cover and the tray comprise respectively and correspondingly a clamping button or a clamping slot, outer edges of the upper cover and the tray comprise fixed edges, the fixed edges are planes; and the clamping button and the clamping slot are arranged on the fixed edges of the upper cover and the tray; wherein the upper cover and the tray are made of the same plastic sheet so as to be integrative; a connecting structure is arranged between the upper cover and the tray; and the upper cover and the tray are clamped after being relatively turned; the packing device for containing LC glass further comprising: an outer case and at least two buffer elements; wherein each of the at least two buffer elements comprises an upper buffer element and a lower buffer element; the upper buffer element and the lower buffer element both comprise only one fixing cavity for fixing the upper cover and the tray; and the fixing cavity can be used for fixing a combination of the upper cover and the tray.

5 . The packing device of the LC glass of claim 2 , wherein the clamping button and the clamping slot are arranged on four corners of the upper cover and the tray and middle regions of the fixed edges.
6 . The packing device of the LC glass of claim 2 , wherein the fixed edges of the upper cover and the tray also comprise a handle.
7 . The packing device of the LC glass of claim 2 , wherein the upper cover and the tray are molded by a plastic sheet through a suction molding mode.
8 . The packing device of the LC glass of claim 6 , wherein the upper cover and the tray are molded by a plastic sheet through a suction molding mode.

11 . The packing device of the LC glass of claim 2 , further comprising a buffer sheet; wherein the buffer sheet is arranged between two adjacent pieces of LC glass.

The packing device of the LC glass of claim 6 , further comprising an outer case and least two buffer elements; wherein each of the at least two buffer elements comprises an upper buffer element and a lower buffer element; the upper buffer element and the lower buffer element both comprise only one fixing cavity for fixing the upper cover and the tray; and the fixing cavity can be used for fixing a combination of the upper cover and the tray.
14 . The packing device of the LC glass of claim 2 , wherein the fixing cavity on the each of the at least two buffer elements is an open structure and forms an integral fixing cavity with an adjacent one of the at least two buffer elements;
each of the at least two buffer elements comprises a slot and an insert block; the slot and the insert block are respectively arranged on two side surfaces of each of the at least two buffer elements and respectively used for connecting an adjacent one of the at least two buffer elements.

The packing device of the LC glass of claim 13 , wherein the fixing cavity on the each of the at least two buffer elements is an open structure and forms an integral fixing cavity with an adjacent one of the at least two buffer elements, wherein each of the at least two buffer elements comprises a slot and an insert block; the slot and the insert block are respectively arranged on two side surfaces of each of the at least two buffer elements and respectively used for connecting an adjacent one of the at least two buffer elements.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
