Method for establishing a network platform for renting the electronic publications

Abstract

A method for establishing a network platform for renting the electronic publications adopts a grid algorithm, links to the Internet via various networks, and establishes the network platform having an information service grid character for renting the electronic publication. Three types of nodes are established in the information service grid: a first type of node is established as service domain owner and the administrator grid node; a second type of node is established as service provider grid node that is composed of the consumers of the electronic publication; and the third type of node is established as the service provider grid node which is composed of the publishers of the electronic publication; the three types of node provide the network information service by utilizing the grid computing mode and the SOAP. The service provider grid nodes can do online maintenance on the content of the electronic publication provided by them and collect the charge. And the service consumer grid nodes can obtain the service provided by the service provider nodes through the variant service paths, which are provided by the service domain owner and the administrator grid nodes, and pay the service fee.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A method for acquiring an electronic publication from a network platform, comprising:
 1) a management platform of the network platform acquiring an online signal of an IP media terminal and automatically publishing a content list of the network platform to the IP media terminal of a user and to an information device specified by the user;   2) the management platform, together with the IP media terminal of an online content destination selected by the user, jointly creating a key and an identity;   3) the management platform transferring the key and the identity to a corresponding content group which is authorized by the online content for online content authorization;   4) transferring the online content between the corresponding content group and the IP media terminal according to the key and the identity.   
     
     
         2 . The method for acquiring an electronic publication from a network platform of  claim 1 , wherein the method further comprises following steps of:
 5) the IP media terminal verifying a key of the online content and a key of the IP media terminal, and then generating a playback request of the IP media terminal; and   6) the IP media terminal performing content playback according to the authorization.   
     
     
         3 . The method for acquiring an electronic publication from a network platform of  claim 1 , wherein the method also comprises following step between step 1) and step 2): the management platform verifying the resource relating to the IP media terminal of the user and the user's funds, and then performing step 2) if the user resources meets requirements. 
     
     
         4 . The method for acquiring an electronic publication from a network platform of  claim 1 , wherein the method also comprises following steps between step 3) and step 4):
 S11) the management platform transferring the content key and the identity to the IP media terminal;   S12) initiating an online content transfer function of the IP media terminal;   S13) the IP media terminal connecting to a corresponding content group by the content key and the identity;   S14) the corresponding content group verifying the content key and the identity transferred by the IP media terminal and establishing an online content transferring mechanism of the corresponding content group and the IP media terminal.   
     
     
         5 . The method for acquiring an electronic publication from a network platform of  claim 2 , wherein the method also comprises following step between step 4) and step 5): the IP media terminal verifying the integrity of the online content. 
     
     
         6 . The method for acquiring an electronic publication from a network platform of  claim 2 , wherein the method also comprises following steps between step 5) and step 6):
 S21) the IP media terminal submitting the playback request to the management platform;   S22) the management platform calculating the playback key according to the playback request from the IP media terminal and the online application from the user and transmitting the playback key to the IP media terminal; and in step 6), the IP media terminal performs online content playback according to the content key and the playback key.   
     
     
         7 . The method for acquiring an electronic publication from a network platform of  claim 2 , wherein the method also comprises Step 7): the management platform performing fee calculation for the IP media terminal which performs online content playback. 
     
     
         8 . A system for acquiring an electronic publication from a network platform, comprising:
 a first module including an IP media terminal;   a second module including a management platform, wherein when the management platform of the network platform is configured to acquire an online signal indicated by the IP media terminal, the management platform automatically publishes a content list of the network platform to the IP media terminal of a user and to an informative device specified by the user;   a third module for creating a key and an identity, wherein through the third module, the management platform, together with the IP terminal of an online content destination selected by the user, jointly creating a key and an identity;   a fourth module for transferring the key and the identity to a corresponding content group, wherein the management platform transferring, through the fourth module, the key and the identity to a corresponding content group which is authorized by the online content for online content authorization;   a fifth module for transferring the online content, wherein the online content is transferred, through the fifth module, between the corresponding content group and the IP media terminal according to the key and the identity.   
     
     
         9 . The system for acquiring an electronic publication from a network platform of  claim 8 , wherein the system further comprises:
 a sixth module for verifying the content key, wherein the IP media terminal verifies, through the sixth module, a key of the online content and a key of the IP media terminal, and then generates a playback request of the IP media terminal; and   a seventh module for performing content playback, wherein the IP media terminal performs, through the seventh module, online content playback according to the authorization.   
     
     
         10 . The system for acquiring an electronic publication from a network platform of  claim 8 , wherein the system further comprises an eighth module between the second module and the third module, wherein the management platform verifies, through the eighth module, the resource relating to the IP media terminal of the user and verifies the user's funds. 
     
     
         11 . The system for acquiring an electronic publication from a network platform of  claim 8 , wherein the system further comprises following modules between the fourth module and the fifth module:
 a ninth module for transferring the key and the identity to the IP media terminal, wherein the management platform transfers, through the ninth module, the content key and the identity to the IP media terminal;   a tenth module for initiating a transfer function of the IP media terminal, wherein an online content transfer function of the IP media terminal is initiated through the tenth module;   an eleventh module for connecting the IP media terminal to the corresponding content group, wherein the IP media terminal connects, through the eleventh module, to the corresponding content group by the content key and the identity; and   a twelfth module for verifying, wherein the corresponding content group verifies, through the twelfth module, the content key and the identity transferred by the IP media terminal and establishes an online content transferring mechanism of the corresponding content group and the IP media terminal.

The system for acquiring an electronic publication from a network platform of  claim 9 , wherein the system further comprises a thirteenth module for verifying content integrity between the fifth module and the sixth module, wherein the IP media terminal verifies the integrity of the online content through the thirteenth module. 
     
     
         13 . The system for acquiring an electronic publication from a network platform of  claim 9 , wherein the system further comprises following modules between the sixth module and the seventh module:
 a fourteenth module for submitting a user's playback request, wherein the IP media terminal submits, through the fourteenth module, the playback request to the management platform;   a fifteenth module for acquiring a user's playback key, wherein the management platform calculates the playback key according to the playback request from the IP media terminal and the online application from the user and transmits the playback key to the IP media terminal;   in the seventh module, the IP media terminal performs content playback according to the content key and the playback key.   
     
     
         14 . The system for acquiring an electronic publication from a network platform of  claim 9 , wherein the system further comprises a sixteenth module for performing fee calculation, wherein the management platform performs, through the sixteenth module, fee calculation for the IP media terminal which performs online content playback.
