Abstract

A system may include a personal electronic device having a housing and an ultra-wide band transceiver disposed within the housing. The system may also include a stereophonic system for sending audio information to a right ear and a left ear of a user, the stereophonic system having a second ultra-wideband transceiver. The ultra-wideband transceiver of the personal electronic device and the second ultra-wideband transceiver of the stereophonic system are adapted for providing audio communications therebetween. The stereophonic system may include a switch for switching between the plurality of personal electronic devices. The switch may be implemented in software or hardware.

Claims

a housing; a television display; a camera built-into the housing for acquiring video of a user of the television; a short range transceiver disposed within the housing and operatively connected to the television display and the camera; wherein the television is adapted to determine location of the user.

2 . The television of claim 1 wherein the short range transceiver is a Wi-Fi transceiver.

3 . The television of claim 1 wherein the television is configured to receive voice commands from a user wearing an ear piece.

         4 . A system, comprising:
a network; a television adapted to connect to the network; an image sensor associated with the television adapted to acquire video imagery of a user of the television; wherein the system is configured to process the video imagery and determine location of the user.

5 . The system of claim 2 wherein the network is a Wi-Fi network.

6 . The system of claim 2 wherein the television comprises a housing and wherein the image sensor is built-into the television housing.

7 . The system of claim 6 further comprising a second image sensor associated with the television adapted to acquire video imagery of a user of the television and wherein the second image sensor is not built-into the television housing.

8 . The system of claim 6 further comprising an earpiece wherein the television is configured to receive voice commands from a user wearing an ear piece.
