Quiet Bath Filler N Dispenser

Abstract

The invention provides a specially designed hose attachment for bath tub nozzles, with the device boasting an integrated dispenser through which liquid bath products are easily dispensed. The invention effectively eliminates the loud splashing noise associated with filling a bath tub as well as provide a simple means of dispensing bath products into the bath as the tub is filled.

1 . A hose attachment device for a bathtub nozzle that dispenses liquid bath products into bath water being drawn, and minimizes the splashing noise of water filling the tub, comprising:
 an elongated hose attachment configured expressly to allow a gentle and quiet water flow into the tub and prevent the excessive splashing noise associated with traditional bath faucets; further comprising an integrated dispenser mechanism with which various liquid bath products are evenly dispensed into the bath water as the bathtub is filled.   
     
     
         2 . The hose attachment device of  claim 1  manufactured of plastic, rubber or comparable heavy duty and water resistant material. 
     
     
         3 . The hose attachment device of  claim 1  wherein the device is comprised of an elongated and open ended hose on the proximal end of which a fitted cap like sheath is integrally attached, and wherein the sheath fits snugly over the existing bath faucet head, encompassing the open mouth of the faucet and extending up over the sides and top of the faucet, creating a fitting. 
     
     
         4 . The hose attachment device of  claim 3  wherein the fitting is held in place with a tight suctioned seal, allowing a free flow of water through the device while securing it in place during use. 
     
     
         5 . The hose attachment device of  claim 1  wherein the integrated dispenser mechanism is positioned on the top of the fitting near the front of the device, wherein the dispenser mechanism contains a hollow reservoir to be filled with the user's favorite liquid bath soap, bubble bath or even soothing bath salts, further wherein the dispenser comprises a removable cap covering reservoir contents within the reservoir once filled to capacity. 
     
     
         6 . The hose attachment device of  claim 5 , wherein the removable cap snaps onto the opening of the reservoir. 
     
     
         7 . The hose attachment device of  claim 5 , wherein the removable cap is threaded and screwed into the reservoir with corresponding threaded fittings or configured as a plug, and wherein the open base of the reservoir is connected to the hose attachment, and as products are released from the reservoir, they are dispersed into the tub in conjunction with the bath water, ensuring even distribution. 
     
     
         8 . The hose attachment device of  claim 1 , wherein the hose is manufactured with a flexible rubber or plastic material and measures several feet in length. 
     
     
         9 . The hose attachment device of  claim 8 , wherein the hose is designed to rest flat on the bottom of the tub, further wherein the hose contains a tapered nozzle that releases water in a gentle manner. 
     
     
         10 . The hose attachment device of  claim 1 , wherein the device is available in a variety of neutral hues to accommodate different bath decors.
