Abstract
Certain quinolizidine and octahydropyridopyrazine compounds, pharmaceutical compositions, and methods of their use, inter alia, as opioid receptor antagonists are disclosed.

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
2 . The compound of claim 1 , wherein said aryl is substituted with halo.
3 . The compound of claim 2 , wherein said aryl is substituted with fluoro.
4 . A method for treatinged Parkinson's disease comprising the step of administering a compound of the formula I
wherein:
R 1 is —C(═O)NH 2 ;
X is N—C(═O)-aryl, said aryl substituted with fluoro;
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof to a patient receiving L-dopa.
